Covey and Isha had become friends. Friends. Isha had an extra-terrestrial friend. As if this wasn't weird enough, she hadn't said a word about this to Ayaan. She was hiding things from her twin. And she didn't like it one bit.

But he had a lot on his plate at the moment. After dropping the bomb on them, Neha had gone ahead and taken a much needed nap. The twins were waiting for her to wake up so she could explain what in fresh hell was going on. Meanwhile, she and Covey had exchanged some important information.

As Neha had expected, a group of Earthians had illegally been spotted in the Stratosphere of Earth. And they didn't come back. Isha had mentioned the situation with Neha to Covey. A little reckless and stupid sure. But it paid off. She knew exactly who they were dealing with.

While a few of them were Neha's friends, there were others who's mission was something else entirely.

Biological warfare. Isha had only heard about this in books and movies. Never thought it was something that would happen to her planet. It would appear that the Central Powers back on Earth were split with opinions. One faction was ready to forget about the existence of Zeroa and strive to fix a ruined Earth. While the other faction was hell bent on revenge. It would seem that this faction had gone behind the backs of millions and prepared a biological warfare serum suitable for the inhabitants of Zeroa.

Isha was honestly shocked that Covey had revealed this to her. He was against it apparently and had tried his best to neutralise the growing tensions. That hadn't worked so well. Hence, he'd deployed one of his own.

As compensation, Isha had given to him information about the Cabinet of the seven. And in between all this, they'd gotten to know each other.

She heard her laptop vibrate,

QUESTION

She smiled and typed back, SHOOT

"You're doing your creepy smile again." Ayaan drawled out.

"Am not."

DOES YOUR BROTHER KNOW ABOUT US?

DOES MY BROTHER KNOW WHAT ABOUT US?

DON'T BE DENSE. TELL ME.

DOES MY BROTHER KNOW THAT A HUMAN ANNOYS THE CRAP OUT OF ME?

ISHA.

Her spine shivered. This was the first time he'd called her Isha. It was only ever Viper before this.

YOU'RE STUBBORN. AND TO ANSWER YOU WEIRD QUESTION, NO. I HAVEN'T TOLD HIM.

WHY NOT.

I DON'T KNOW. WHENEVER I TRIED, I JUST COULDN'T.

OK.

YOU DON'T LIKE MY ANSWER.

NO IT'S NOT THAT.

WHAT IS IT?

WHY HAVEN'T YOU EVER CALLED ME COVEY?

Huh. Suddenly, she wasn't sure she wanted to have this conversation any more.

WELL, WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALLED ME ISHA?

I CALLED YOU ISHA.

WELL ONLY TODAY.

I DON'T KNOW.

AND YOU'VE GOTTEN AN ANSWER.
