I soon heard pairs of footsteps running down to the stairs to the basement.

Billie pov

"Coco!?" I yelled not seeing her in sight.
The popcorn was already done which doesn't make sense if Coco were to escape.
"Finnneas! Coco is gone!!" I yelled up the stairs.
He came down quick.
"Where was she last?" He asked looking in every place she could be hiding.
"COCO?!" I yelled louder, walking to the hall.
That's when I heard small screams and pounding.
"Fin over here" I waved my hand to follow as we both ran down the stairs to the basement.
"Coco??" I asked again while unlocking the basement door.
Coco swung the door open before and jumped on me, wrapping her arms and legs around me.
"Why were you in down here?!" I asked squeezing her back.
"Fawn, she pushed me in and locked it" she cried in my chest.
"How did she get out??" I asked now wondering where she was.
"She said she desperately needed to get out so I decided to let her out for a minute" she said in between cries which was muffled because her head was buried in my chest.
"Oh coco.." I sighed setting her down like a two year old that wanted to be held.
I ran upstairs to see if Fawn went there to hide.
"FAWN" I shouted loud making my voice echo.
No answer.
I wasn't too worried because I gave her pearl earnings with a tracker inside.
I grabbed my phone and went to check where she was, quick.
"Fin!" I called in panic, seeing where she was.
"What? Did you find her?" He asked hurrying in.
"No she's in the fucking woods" I quietly growled under my breath knowing he would get mad.
"Are you fucki-"
"Aye yo whats up" Diego said walking in the kitchen, interrupting Finneas.
"Fawn escaped" Finneas stated in panic.
"Shit my bad I must've left the front door open" He replied carelessly.
Me and Finneas unintentionally threw our hands in the air out of frustration and anger.
We both rushed to the car, driving off before we closed the doors.
I wasn't as panicked seeing her location didn't move at all.
"What are you going to do with her once we find her" Finneas asked peering around.
"Well I don't need her anymore so.."
The ride went silent for about five minutes, "she should be somewhere close here"
We hoped out and followed where the tracker took us.
"I don't see her" I pulled the corners of my eye lids in frustration.
"There" Finneas pointed out making me jerk my head.
I expect to see Fawn but there was nothing.
"What???" I rolled my eyes
"The earrings" he bent down and picked up the pearl earrings.
"She must've took them off" he continued.
"How would she know they were trackers???" I almost shouted.
"I don't know but lets go" he threw the earring back on the ground as we both headed back to the van.
