Dating Shigaraki would include:
• Meeting for the first time while both trying to steal the same jewel from a bank
• Going for dates to secret underground bars
• Both of you being teased by Toga and Twice about your relationship
• You meeting All for One
• Shigaraki being paranoid that he's going to hurt you accidentally with his quirk
• Him refusing to give you hugs because of the same reason
• You having to comfort him and tell him that he won't
• Whenever he does show physical affection he does it very carefully
• You brushing his hair because it gets too tangled for him to do by himself
