THE STRANGE magical fire guided her along the way. But, the temptation to touch became stronger as the seconds went by. Finally, her curiosity won.

Contrary to her expectation, it was not hot at all. She poked once more but it was just like a computer hologram or something as her forefinger passed through it.

At that exact moment, the truth finally sunk. It was safer to conclude that it was her reality now. But before panic could course all over her body, the floating fire disappeared into a large double door.

"Huh? Isn't this Eldest Brother's orb?" The voice came from the slight crack in between.

She could not help but peek into the gap. There were few of them inside but she clearly saw Erkhan.

Elise knocked but no one seemed to notice her presence. After contemplating, she made her way in without permission. She needed to talk with Erkhan. He was the first one to see her so he might have clues.

All eyes turned to her the moment she crossed the threshold. Erkhan was beside the red-haired woman named Dryann and there was another red-haired guy. There was also a blonde girl with her tresses tied in a ponytail and...

"How come you're here so fast?" Her gaze focused on Brennan.

"And, what are you doing here too?" Dryann intervened with her brow raised.

"Who's she?" the blonde woman inquired.

Elise took a good look at everyone in the room. It was as if they stepped out of a perfect painting and graced the humans with their beauty. If she was indeed transported into another world, then this world must have all good-looking people gathered here. Although, they had weird pointy ears except for Dryann.

"She's Elise. I met her on the shore," Erkhan introduced before facing her again. "It's good you did not get lost coming here."

"I actually did get lost but he helped me," she said and pointed at Brennan. "If you're coming here, we should just go together instead of a ball of fire walking with me."

Brennan looked at her oddly until his lips formed a grin. "I think it must be my twin you're talking about."

"Twin? You mean that there are two of these exquisite faces?"

They all had amused expressions on their faces, well, except again for Dryann.

"She's funny," the blonde woman noted, smiling charmingly.

Elise inspected her appearance. She and Dryann had similar features so she must be another sibling. They had the same eye shapes with contrasting irises of blue and red. Both had perfectly arched brows, high pointed noses, and red lips that looked natural and set in a small heart-shaped face.

The big difference was their expression. Dryann was forever frowning while the other woman was gentler and friendlier.

"How did you even meet him? His room is on the farthest wing, you know," Erkhan probed, too enthusiastic for her liking.

"I told you I was lost. I entered his room and he gave me the ball of fire to lead me to you," she explained and was bewildered why they were visibly astonished, even Dryann's face changed into disbelief.

"You even went inside to Eldest Brother's room?" Erkhan's eye went wide as his mouth hung open.

"Then how come you're still here?" Dryann questioned as if she did something unimaginable.

"Now, I like her already!" the blonde woman beamed.

They began talking simultaneously, and she didn't get a grasp of their topic. Her eyes met Brennan's who noticed how chaotic they were.
