Chapter 29

Y/N's POV

        I woke up on a couch. On my couch. I was in my house somehow. Then I remembered the current events that had happened. I remembered Gon there, sort of saving us. More like saving me.

        I looked around frantically for Killua and Gon. Nothing yet. I got up and that's when the banging of my headache began. I began to groan in pain. I knew I shouldn't have used my Nen like that.

"Take it easy. You really did take him down with your all, didn't you?" a voice said behind me

        I turned my head and saw Gon. I was happy to see him. It's been so long.

"Gon! How've you been!?" I asked excited

"Better than you is how it seems." He answered with a smirk

        I gave him my best pouting face. He laughed at my reaction. Gon was fun having around. I would always have a prank ready for him. But then again, I'm stuck on this couch so I can't prepare for it.

"Where's Killua?" I asked

"Upstairs in your guy's bedroom." Gon replied

        I gave him one of my serious looks making sure he didn't go through any of my stuff.

"Gosh (Y/N), I'm not a pervert." he said

        I tried standing up but the pain was unbearable. I almost fell to the ground until Gon caught me. He set me back down on the couch. We then heard footsteps coming from the staircase. I looked over to see who it was.

"Killua!" I yelled

"Hey (Y/N). Hey Gon. It's been a while." Killua said

"Yeah it has." Gon replied

        I zoned out for a moment until I remembered my questions before I blacked out.

"Hey, Gon? How did you know where to find us?" I asked

        It took him a while to answer. I was growing more and more suspicious.

"That doesn't matter right now." He replied

"What do you mean by that?" Killua asked

"I mean we drop that subject." Gon said

        Now I was out of my mind curious. What's going on with him? Did something happen while he was gone? I had no idea what was going on. I was confused, curious, happy, and so many other different emotions.  It was weird seeing Gon act this way.

"Okay then. (Y/N), did you take down Illumi by yourself?" Killua asked

"Yeah. Though I had to use up most of my Nen to do so." I replied

        He walked over to me and kissed my forehead.

"As long as my little angel is fine. I'm happy." he said

"What happened to Illumi?" I asked Gon

"Well. I took both of you guys here first. I didn't go back for him so I'm not sure." Gon responded

"Okay. I was just asking." I said

"So how long do you think it's going to take for you to recover?" Killua asked

"Don't know. Just as long as this headache stops hurting, I'll be fine." I said

"I'll be going to my aunt Mito now. I'll see you guys later." Gon said as he headed towards the door

"Okay. Bye Gon!" I said

"Bye (Y/N)." He called out

        I heard the front door open and close.

"I'm going to go get medicine for your headache. I'll be right back." Killua said

"Okay." I responded

        He walked over to the kitchen as I just laid on the couch. I was tired but the headache wasn't letting me go to sleep{if you get my reference *wink*}. I closed my eyes, but I wasn't planning on going to sleep.

"Hey, I found them." Killua said as he walked over to me and sat on the couch with me

        I sat up with the headache hurting even more. I grabbed the pills and water bottle from Killua and swallowed them.

"Thanks Killu." I said

"You're welcome angel." he responded

        We laid down together and cuddled. It feels like its been forever since we did this. I missed his warmth. The pills helped a lot with my headache and I managed to sleep there in Killua's arms. Yet, I still wonder. What we're going to use that extra room for.
