When you're feeling all blah?

Salaam lovelies.

As some of you may know I've been going through a really rough time lately, and it hit me especially hard today.

So what do you do when you're feeling sad or anxious or worried and you're close to tears?

I've tried reading and watching a movie and reading some Quran, and I even took out my fabrics and needles but nothing is helping!
