Is keeping gender concealed in a third person narrative.
It's one thing to just keep someone's identity a secret, you can still use he and she and her and his. But to completely keep a paragraph devoid of gender pronouns?
It's a struggle.
As I write this current chapter a part of me can't help but think how crazy I was to undertake this task!
But another part of me is thrilled with the challenge it presents to me, the chance to exercise my writing skills, and the added depth it'll give to the mystery of the story!
I hope to update soon if all goes well. Thank you to everyone who not only took the time to find out why I have not been able to write since my last update, but have continued waiting patiently and supportively.
