Diana's mouth fell open. She looked from Samuel to Ren to Ria to Carl and then back to Samuel.
"You guys aren't kidding, are you?"
Samuel shook his head.
"I mean......I don't want to burden you guys or anything and-"
"We want to do this, Ana." cut in Ren.
She opened her mouth and closed it again, speechless.
"We'll take that as a yes," said Ria, winking at her. She took one of the guitars and held it out to Diana who took it with shaky hands.
"Lesson 1. No matter what anyone says, it doesn't matter. If you have a passion for the guitar then you never abandon it when you start."
Tears began to well up in Diana's eyes. Her gaze rested on each of them for one second before she gave them a smile, looking down. Her tears finally fell.
"Thank you."
