"Listen to me lady you're in no position to threaten me" the cold voice said to me, his tone making me flinch.
He turned around his grey eyes directly staring in my blue ones sending chills down my spine. "I am Christian Alfonzo and am giving you two options, you either be my wife or sign your death wish."
Hayley stared at him with wide eyes finding the lies in his eyes but found none.
She always knew that things were going to end this way making her suffer either way but the better option in the two was what she said. "I agree, I'm going to be your wife but in return I need a favor"
Christian tilted his head motioning her to continue
"You have to promise me freedom and give me an insurance that after the contract ends, you won't kill me." Hayley said in a confident tone.
Christian smirked thinking this girl was courageous enough to ask for something in return and had no fear of him so he did what he had to do.
He grabbed her by the wrist making her hiss in pain, leaned towards her ear making her tremble in fear and said "deal" with a deadly smile on his face.
