The ride was tiring but peaceful, well if you exclude the tense atmosphere sorrounding them until they arrive at the camp.

Fear and nervousness was evident to each knights which Adrastos find unusual since the Obelia empire tend to be in a battle from either a fight on territory or disagreement of things of other Empire to  Obelia.

A lot of whispers was heard when they spotted Adrastos making him uncomfortable and shift a bit

"Am i seeing things or did i just see the crown prince here?! In our camp!"

"Shut your mouth he can hear you"

"pshh come on you just want me to notice you"

"How does that connect to what i say??"

"His majesty could've send Sir Felix to participate but this"

"To send the crown prince in the frontline, a child at that"

Was the few Adrastos hear around where they pass as they keep staring at him with curiosity making him clench tightly the reins clearly holding bacl his anger

He just gave them a thight smile closing his eyes as he focus on arriving at the commander's tent

"Blessings and glory to the future sun of Obelia" Adrastos was greeted by the other lieutenants

"Your highness, since you are still not in the right age and we clearly don't want to let any harm comes at the crown prince. We decided to assign you as the tactician" Lieutenant Harper informed.

"Given by the high education and all the things you had done which greatly benifits the empire. It would be best if you help us with the strategy"

"I am at your care whether you let me participate on exterminating the enemy i would not complain. I came here as a soldier not your prince, the decision is onto all of you" Adrastos said clearly understanding their reasoning.

"That settles it, then your highness follow me let me introduce the knights to you" Lieutenant Harper said already opening the door which Adrastos just nod in response and turning his attention to the high ranking knights bidding his farewell.

"LISTEN HERE! OUR CROWN PRINCE IS HERE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WAR AND I WANT ALL OF YOU TO RESPECT AND TAKE CARE OF HIM" Lieutenant Harper announced making all the knights straightened up and look at him weired out.

"But would it be dangerous to let the future ruler fight alongside with us? also given the fact that he is a mere child who is supposed to be celebrating his debutante today?" Someone voiced out his curiosity

"Just think of this as a birthday gift from his majesty" Adrastos joked making them look at him with mixed reactions.

"Ehem, your highness i do not mean to be rude but can you really do? I am only worry that you will only slow us down"

"I came here as a knight like you who wants to fight for our empire so cease the formality and do not worry about me. I may be a teen but i can help you strategize and fight if needed" Adrastos reassured them with his smile

"How can we be sure if your words are true your highness?!"

"If you really having trouble understanding my words then just let me prove my strenght"

No one speaks others are looking away feeling the immense mana coming from Adrastos. Of course those who know Adrastos strenght was still amazed.

"Just let him be, he is a prince after all there is no way you can really underestimate the guy who helped the empire in so many aspects." Someone said looking boredly at them

"Since you're a part of the frontline now can i call you Adrastos?" He grins making the other knights shout at him for being disrespectful

"Who might you be?"

"Kyrell Thornton at your service" He introduced himself care freely making Adrastos smirked at him clearly amused

"You may address me however you want then, Thornton"

Everyone was surprised the silent before was turned into a loud voice cheering and immediately getting comfortable with Adrastos.

'I will win this war' Adrastos promised to himself
