Adrastos began to work and learn secretly on Lixieng's guidance to become a proper Archon. He truly enjoyed being with this empire, he felt more happy, comfortable, free and most of all. Home

A home where your family truly cares for you and look at your well being.

Adrastos is currently having his free time and looking below and staring at the great scenery of the whole empire. He is very aware that Lixieng has some extraordinary palace but to have a floating palace above the empire, he was flabbergasted.

"Adrastos" Someone called him from behind and there stood Khaos in a red hanfu, over the years of spending the time together they became close with Khaos flirting here and there. Adrastos just gave him a hum, Khaos went closer to Adrastos to join him watch the people below

"Your departure are near"

"It is indeed" Adrastos solemnly answered, he have to be back to attend his sister, Athanasia's debutante. He did not want to leave this place, he definitely hate going back to that place

He love Obelia but he hate his life there, its suffocating

"What's your decision by then? Will you rule over here or Obelia?" It has been a question he have been thinking greatly

Adrastos stayed silent staring far while clenching his fist but Khaos grab him by his chin that force Adrastos to look him in the eye

"Whether you choose Zixuan or Obelia does not matter you know that, we may not be in your shoes but we are very aware of the pressure and trouble we're causing you. You have free will Adrastos" Khaos said to him with the surprised Adrastos. He leaned down a bit until Adrastos felt their lips about to touch

"Come now Khaos stop harassing my son" Lixieng interrupt before their lips could touch making Khaos hissed at him bit

"Son i heard you're going back to Obelia" Lixieng started walking to his son and hugged him tightly, " Just take care of yourself in there, i know it is hard but bare with it. Take your time to go back just remember that you are always welcome in here." He continued while caressing the sulking Adrastos

Lixieng was like the father he had wish he could have, if only...

"Come on dad, i am strong no need to worry. I am your son after all" Adrastos boasted making Lixieng laughed loudly

' Of course my son! However i am just looking out for your whole being, it is natural. Now, now you need to go to your grandfather's manor to bond with them. I can see that it would be long when will be reunite again Adrastos so go to them'' He convinced Adrastos making the latter nod and hugged his father tightly before walking away

As Khaos about to follow him a hand stopped him making him look at the owner of the hand. Lixieng is looking at him menacingly making him sweatdropped

'OH ARCHONS, Why is he overprotective!'

"Khaos stay here and let's talk about your behavior towards my son"

"I am very well aware with your infatuation--- no affection to my son but i don't want him to get hurt again." Lixieng explained while his eyes says the rest

Khaos just sighed and crossed his arms, " I am very genuine with my feelings , my lord. You do not need to worry for i can assure you that i will bring no harm to Adrastos. I will do anything just to prove you that my feelings are to him if you would let me, Great Lord Lixieng" Khaos vowed placing his hand in his left chest.

"If i were to hurt him i would gladly let you punish me on what you see fit but i hope you could give me your blessing to love and stay by my darling's side"

"Very well, i trust you for now Khaos as i sense no ill intent in you. I give you my blessing"

i am motivated to write this one because i got an average of 96% on my grade
