Obelian Empire was having its crisis after news spread that their Emperor was in a coma, the entire palace was in shambles.

Athanasia was panicked on how to handle this issue without telling about her father's situation but was soon solved when she decided to held a meeting stating and addressing the issue.

She felt like something was off with the person in a robe standing beside Duke Roger Alpheus but she stayed silent and continue.

A lot of nobles were doubting her making her more pressured than before and soon a single statement was muttered by Grand Duke Thornton

"If the Crown prince Adrastos was still alive this matter would've been addressed already" Making Athanasia stood in her place stone cold while the other nobles could only hum in agreement

"But he isn't here anymore, why are you spouting nonsense Grand Duke" Felix said looking directly at the smirking noble

''Exactly what I'm trying to say Sir Felix... We were used to the crown prince quick response towards the issue without making it larger day by day." He said thinking about the intelligence and decisiveness of the former crown prince, he continued, "With all due respect, we could only finish this matter if you present us the emperor and tell us his conditions, your highness"

"I think comparing two different individual is out of line Grand Duke Thronton, I admit that we were used to the crown prince quick response to matter, however, there is no need to compare Princess Athanasia to the former crown prince, she is still learning and are trying to help us in this. Let'sbe grateful" Duke Robane said while the other could only look away and sweat dropped

"Hmp! Then Princess Athanasia, may i ask for your permission for me to leave this meeting"

Athanasia could only look at him and soon agreed on what the Grand Duke said, and soon each noble slowly excused themselves one by one with Duke Robane and Duke Alpheus remained

"Do not mind what they say Princess, although it was quite a shocking and pressuring you don't think too much what he said. You are doing great" Duke Robane comforted her making Felix nod in agreement.

Athanasia could not help but to just give him a smile while Duke Alpheus and his companion look at them not noticing how the latter smirk at them

'How foolish, I mean what do they expect when she is a daughter of a commoner... Adrastos was born to rule, unfortunately Claude wasted a diamond while focusing his attention to a mere stone' He thought with a scoff

'But i guess she do have some intelligence with her but not enough compare to Adrastos' The  man once again could only look at Athanasia with interest.

"They are already having an issue for a small things such as that man in a coma? Fools" Adrastos belittled them while looking down at them as he remaind floating completely concealing himself

"Grand Duke Thornton have a good eyes" He said chuckling lowly, "I might just exclude you"

But soon he lookat the mysterious man beside the Duke Alpheus

'Hiding your identity from them while i can clearly see through your disguise, you'renot even trying that hard, no wonder your place being an emperor was taken away from you. You're weak, imperial uncle' He mocked completely leaving them behind

While Athanasia suddenly felt a strong breeze making her shiver
