3 years later  ...

Teja was in 4 year n was now even doing internship with kk ... it was her first day ...

Teja to herself:  I m so scared what if I disappoint sunny  ...I m very much scared...

In this past 3 years they have gone through many ups n down but that became there strength they raised....

Kk came towards teja n hugged her...

Kk: ohh sexy wifey...what are u thinking...

Teja: hm that ... what if I disappoint u .. like I...

Kk: shhh...u can't ... n u r the topper from past 2 in mbbs too... u know there are 2 to 3 hospitals offering u...for internship...

Teja: but I have the best... with my best mentor..

Teja: sunny if I do any mistake don't think before scolding please...

Soon they reached hospital..

Teja:  sunny before I start my internship will u come with me to abhi's bhai's cabin...if no problem...

Kk: come let's go..

Kk holds his hand n started walking n as they reached teja stopped...

Kk: what happened..

Teja: nothing..

Kk opened the door...

Teja: bhai..see I m going to start my internship...n I m very scared please bless me

Kk: abhi yar u know ur sis left both of us behind...she is topper again...but we are proud of u...

They stayed for some more time and left...

Kk : teja u ho to hall I will come in a min..

Teja: yes sir...

There were few interns who were from other college too...

Adaa: teja ...

Teja: thank God u r here I was searching u only..come let's go..

As they reached hall..they took there seat n soon kk with omi n other staff members came in hall...

Kk: hello everyone...I m Dr Karan kundra n I m here to welcome u all in our hospital ..as u all know from today ur internship starts so u will have classes to ... daily one hour class and then u will get ur duty in class itself... I would like to say u allto maintain a positive environment n please I will not bear anything in hospital so be aware of it  ...n for Today I will give the duty...

Kk took few students name n only teja n adaa was left..

Kk: adaa u will be under Dr omi...n tejasswi u will be under me...

Kk: so today let me say one more thing as we have two toppers they have got a opportunity for working with me n omi ..so there will be no placement for adaa and tejasswi  ..I hope u all understood...

Interns: yes sir ..

Kk: now start ur work n all the best..

Soon everyone left leaving kk ,omi,adaa, teja...

Teja: sunny u did wantedly...

Kk: yup because I want to teach u the best ...

Adaa: and for me..

Kk: because u r my sister...

Omi:hm I only know what all I did to get u under me..

Adaa:  what...

Omi: nothing nothing...

Kk: come now start ur work  

Omi:  hm...

Kk took teja with her n omi adaa  . .

Kk was on rounds n was explaining teja what all the treatment n etc...few eyes were on teja ...

Kk: helloo teja...what happened...

Teja: nothing I felt some one watching...

Kk: hm..

Soon they were going back to his room so that kk could explain her few cases

(Kk had teached her a lot beforehand n now she is completeing internship with all the knowledge of Dr)

As they were coming towards his cabin there was an emergency...

Kk: teja emergency...

Teja turned her face towards the gate n saw a small boy had a cut on his forehead n was unconscious..

Kk n teja both ran there...

Kk was shocked to see ...
