After arriving at a hotel, just into the the next town over, Jake helps me out of the car.
I smile at him as we both check in and walk into our room
I look around and i gasp as i see the view of the sunsetting out of the window and the king bed.
"Jake, this looks amazing!" I say as he walks in after me, carrying the cases.
"I'm glad that you like it, i know you like to watch the sun set" He says and i kiss his cheek as he drops the bags and walks over to me
"I do, thank you, this is more then i could hope for"

The next day was spent out of the hotel.
Jake dragged me along to a zipline course in the woods.
After spending almost the whole day there, screaming in slight fear and delight, we both go back to the hotel and we get ready for dinner.
I walk out of the bathroom and i see Jake in his suit
"Is it a special occasion?" I say "You only wear a suit for weddings and funerals" I say, sarcastically as he turns around to look at me
"Being with you is reason enough" He says, turning my sarcastic comment into a romantic one "You look great!" He says as he wraps his arms around my waist
"Thank you, lets get going"

After making our way down to the hotel fancy restaurant, we get taken to a table and we both sit down.
"What do you think you'll have?" Jacob asks me from behind his menu
"Half of these things i can't even pronounce" I say, laughing as he chuckles
After ordering, what i hope to be, the lasagne, Jacob and i begin to talk about all that has happened in the past year
"I can't believe i met you" I say to him, lovingly
"I can't believe that we had a daughter" He replies and i nod "She is so beautiful, she must take it from her Mother" He says and i blush
"Yes, she must" I say, smiling
"I couldn't wish for anything more then the three of us, happy, together" I say, smiling
"What about if i asked you to be my wife? Would that put the cherry on top?" Jacob asks me and i freeze
"You don't mean you're going to-"
Suddenly he walks around to my side of the table and he gets down on one knee
"Kate Rosanna Swan, will you make my year even better, by becoming my wife?"
