"Oh my god! This-this is heaven!" I shriek out loud. Here in front of me stood an enormous looking library. I am going to die happy.

I am sure of that.

Okay maybe not.

"I never thought I would meet someone who appreciates the size of this library other than my mum," he said chuckling to himself. "Are you kidding me? " I asked feeling a bit shocked by the fact.

I am always one to read and being an omega gives you limited access to places such as the library. "No," he replied having a small smile tug on his lips. We entered the library and headed towards the werewolf history.

"It's funny how I loved reading stories about the Everdeen wolves and now I have a mate as one," he said to no one in particular. His hand brushed the cover of the books before it stops on a big dusty thick book.

"Found it!" he said giving me a toothy grin. He flips through the pages muttering words I can't really catch. He finally stopped on page 444. "Go on. Read it" he encouraged me. I look at him and the book repeatedly before letting out a sigh.

You got to do it even if you don't want it.

EVERDEENS

Known as one of the most rare wolves in history. All Everdeens are royalty and are born a white wolf. As we all know, white wolves are the children of the moon goddess. Hunted for their rareness

Everdeen wolves are also powerful wolves. They have the ability to use all elements there are in this world. Never mess with them as they can kill you by just looking at you.

Another trait they got from the moon goddess is that they are not affected by silver or wolfsbane. There is a high chance that they will receive a second chance mate if they're rejected. We don't know if there are even any Everdeens due to the hunting and the big war between the werewolves and demons that killed the king and queen that happened years ago.

Rumor has it that there will be a war when-

It stopped there. The rest of the page has been ripped out. For crying out loud! I bang my head on the table. Then, I heard the librarian giving me a fierce 'shh'

To be honest with you, I think librarians take their jobs too seriously.

I gave her a small wave and she glared at me. Way to be friendly. "Ignore her. She hates everyone. " Axel said shrugging casually. " I wonder if she has friends." I admitted out loud. Axel's lips forms a thin line due to holding his laughter.

Admit it, that lady has a mean glare.

"So now what?" I asked making us go back to the topic. "Do you have any siblings or any stories cause we need something or more specifically a clue to figure this out." he explained his voice all business-like.

"Years ago, I woke up in an adoption center not knowing anything except for the fact that my brother is sleeping besides me. That's it. I don't know my name or anything. Just that the boy sleeping next to me is my brother."

"Then, they decided that it would be a good idea to separate us both. That day I got adopted and it was also the day I last saw him. I know this doesn't help at all but that is all I remember from my past" I admitted

"Memory cloud." he stated. I looked at him in confusion. He must have sensed it as he explains it to me. "Someone used a witch to lock your memories away from you. It must have been the reason why you can't remember anything. The only way to cure it is to find a witch and make her remove it."

"So you're telling me that I have to find a freaking witch?" I asked looking at him as if he was crazy. "There's no other way now does it?"
