We were at the Saud Beach when then Thirdy get unconscious which I immediately called for help and her nannies immediately check her which what they are showing me by their actions are like a professional nurses.

"Yung pulse?", Hannah asked Kath who's checking her pulse.

"Okay lang meron naman", Kath said.

"Why's her hands are cold?", I asked nervously.

"Come on, come on", her bodyguards shouted as they ready the cars.

They keep checking her while I'm holding her hands which she then move and open her eyes slowly.

"What's happening ang init?", she said.

"Thirdy oh goodness", I then hugs her.

"Master nawalan ka ng malay", Chris said.

"Naka-idlip lang po ako hhahahaha", bw*sit tumatawa pa tapos kami dito natatakot na kanina pa.

"Bw*sit, bakit malamig kamay mo?!", I said which she just chuckled.

"Kumain po kasi kami ng ice cream bago ako tumabi sayo", she said hasyt.

"Timang ka lunurin kaya kita", I said and get up.

"Ay wag naman grabe ka po sa akin", she said and get up also which Hannah give her water.

"Tara na umuwi na tayo, Tita it's getting dark now", Borgy said which we hop inside the car.

Thirdy just continue sleeping inside my arms after Hannah and Kath helped to change another shirt which she's now snoring slightly which we keep laughing.

"Hala parang pinag-araro sa sobrang tulog ah", Matthew said chuckling at the back.

"Kahit kailan si Chanak noh tarantado", Sandro said which he's right.

"Sinabi mo pa, eh balita nga sa office ni Tito Greggy bigla-bigla daw tong natutulog kahit saan pagdi na makayaan ang antok. Nagmumukhang napariwarang bata sa langsangan ang Chanak tas may hawak pang pagkain hahahhaha", Vinny said making fun of her.

"Pero nagulat talaga ako kanina pagtawag ni Tita na nawalan daw ng malay", Mike said which he's right even me got nervous.

"Yeah diba may asthma siya baka biglang inatake pala, katakot non", Matthew uttered.

"Remember nong birthday ni Pops when she heard the sad news diba she didn't breath all of a sudden. Which when we run her to the hospital we found out that she was attacked by her asthma which the doctor said it was a fatal attack which pwede nya yun ikamatay", Simon said which I remembered it.

"Yeah katakot. Diba si Papa Macoy Tita may heart problem?", Sandro asked me.

"Yeah Daddy had heart ailment which he kept it from us", I said as I vividly remember it.

"Why did he kept it from all of you Tita?", Vinny asked me.

"He don't want us to get worry of him. You know Daddy's good in keeping secret even his emotions which we all thought he's just okay but then he's not", I said and a tear fell on my face.

"Hala ka pina-iyak mo si Tita", Borgy said and handed me his handkerchief.

"Ano ba pinagtutulungan nyo ako", I chuckled.

"Diba namamana yan, mabuti asthma at kagwapuhan namana natin", Matthew said and laughed.

"Harry diba namamana?", Mike asked Thirdy's nanny.

"Yes sir, actually lung and heart problems are can be genetically inherited by the family that associated with some risk factors and also when the mother of the baby experienced stressed throughout her pregnancy that might trigger the child inside the womb to suffer some congenital diseases", Harry said which he's kinda professional about the medical field.
