I furrow my eyebrows as I clutch my script close to my chest, I shuffle awkwardly around on the stage. Everyone left nearly an hour ago, so I was left with Isaac who was playing Eric. We decided to stay behind because we're just really struggling to have chemistry together in our scenes.

I puff my cheeks out, 'So, shall we go over it again?'

Isaac groans loudly, 'I can't, honestly Scar we've been going over the same scene for an hour.'

'That's because it isn't perfect yet!'

'It's fine.'

I roll my eyes, 'Fine isn't good enough! I don't want my last performance here to be remembered as subpar.'

'Can we settle for slightly above average?'

I give him a look, 'No, we can't.'

'You infuriate me woman!'

'Tell that to someone who cares mister!' I say as I firmly cross my arms against my chest.

Isaac sinks down to the floor, he takes a swing of water from his bottle before looking at me, 'Y-Your good friends with Sammy Taylor, right?'

I nod proudly, 'That I am. It's been Scar and Sammy against the world for as long as I can remember.'

He nods slowly, 'I saw that we posted a picture with a guy the other day.'

My eyebrows knit together as I prepare myself for the response, he gives me after I say this, 'Yeah, so?'

Isaac's baby blue eyes widen as a pink tinge forms on his cheeks, 'I-I didn't mean that in a bad way! I was just surprised, I always thought that you two were going to get together that's all.'

I sigh loudly as I rub a hand over my stomach, 'Sadly I don't have enough penis for him.'

A small squeak of laughter escapes the dirty blonde haired boy's lips, 'I-I kind of wish I knew that he liked guys, I used to have the biggest crush on him.'

My heart warms intensely, 'Y-You did?'

'Y-Yeah, I remember that we were lab partners in junior year, he's a really funny guy. I'm glad he's met someone who treats him, right though.'

Except I don't really think that Zayn does, at-least not from the stories that he tells me.

'Well, I'm sure you'll find someone who treats you right! You're a really nice guy Isaac.'

His cheeks flush deeply, 'I can't see that happening anytime soon, I literally have the best of both worlds and I still can't find anyone.'

I wave my hand dismissively, 'All the best things happen when we least expect it.'

Isaac slowly pulls himself up onto his feet, 'Please can we call it a night? I mean you're pregnant, should you really be standing on your feet for this long?'

I give him a look, 'I'm pregnant, not dying!'

'You're also a little touchy today and it's scaring me.'

I wince, 'Y-Yeah okay, I do admit I have been slightly more aggressive than usual today. But blame the hormones not me.'

'Whatever you say, Scar.' He murmurs as he grabs his bag and slings it around his shoulders

We flash each other a brief smile before we start to leave the building, our steps perfectly in sync. My eyes widen when I see a familiar flock of brown hair stood in the parking lot with a cigarette hung between his lips.

Isaac clutches my arm, 'Holy fuck, have you seen that guy? He literally looks like he's been moulded by the heavens.'

A smug smile works its way onto my lips, 'That's my baby daddy.'
