Above burning bright,
With passion and dominance,
From east to west.
Everyday is given by you,
Bringing light into the darkness,
Dispelling all that shadows.
Sometimes you destroy,
burning skin,
melting plastic,
everything that covers who we are.
You lift the curtain,
using fire and aggressiveness as your tools,
unscrewing the screws in their heads,
opening up our deepest thoughts,
while petrifying and blinding others.
Your heat gives life,
breathing into our lungs like liquid fire,
starting our heart and mind,
Driving the motions of everything.
You give yet never receive,
consume yet never produce,
You are fire personified,
And glorified.
