5 missed calls and 17 messages from Branch?!
Oh, and a voicemail.
"Desperate man," Poppy said to herself, and looked through her texts.
Just checking up on you.

Poppy sighed.
"He didn't do anything. I'm just busy. Can't he understand that?" Poppy asked herself, and rang his phone number.
He answered right away.
"Poppy?!" he asked, loudly. "Are you alright?!"
"I'm fine," Poppy assured him. "Are you alright?"
"I was just....worried. That's all. I'm not gonna lie, I almost called 911...." Branch chuckled slightly.
"Uh, Branch? What if I was in a class? I couldn't answer my phone then, and what if you did call 911? Then I'd be in big trouble and nothing had happened."
"I'm....I'm sorry. It's just....this is all new to me. A long distance relationship? I'm not sure I can handle it....."
"Wait.....you're not saying.....?"
"Poppy, I think we should take a....."
Branch paused.
".....a break," he said.
Poppy didn't say anything.
"At least....at least until you get back?" Branch asked.
Poppy didn't say anything for a moment again.
"Yeah, sure. Idiot."
Poppy crashed the hang up button on her phone, threw it across the room, and crashed onto her bed, and wailed.
I love him so much. I don't wanna take a break....again....
More tears cane rushing out like a waterfall.
