Some small things and what not:
~If they are part of "The 100" then they are a criminal they shouldn't be crying all the time I get scared but they are delinquents
~Their background is important (if it starts season 1) Crime, Age, how long they were locked up, what station they came from
~Not all grounders speak English and some have tragic backstories also
~Involve a lot of characters not just mains like have your OC reach out to Monty, Miller, Sterling, Monroe etc.
~Again they can dislike people (for valid reasons not just 'she's a bitch' 'she likes my man'.
~make them have some talent for the ground but they don't have to be great at everything or suck at fighting
