I know!!
Especially if you are writing and updating multiple stories.
So I'm not saying every day or every other day.
Updates depend on your book and chapter length
If your chapters are 1,000+ words you don't have to update more than once a week.
I mean it would be great but don't feel pressured
If your book is Social Media or anything lower than 500 words a chapter. Then update 3 chapters on one day.
If you aren't updating bc
~ no inspiration
~ your waiting for it to be on Netflix
~ you need another episode to come out
etc etc
LET YOUR READERS KNOW
It could be a short sweet note on it own or a note on the last update chapter
Have communication with your readers
Otherwise you won't have updated for 7 months and your book is gone right out of their library.
