How NOT to write Fandom Stories

Okay so we all ship stuff that's why we are writing fanfiction

So we are out here writing goals for our ships or making some canon

Although when writing about a ship do not hate on other ships in the process.

So don't trash other peoples ships when you're writing

The only exception is when your writing something and someone else who is another ship is used for a plot like

^^That was confusing I know, so here is an example from what I'm writing

Ex.
Bellamy x Clarke {the story}

Clarke and Finn were dating until he cheated on her

Then it made Bellamy and Clarke continue and how their relationship progresses

So yeah people ship Flarke but I'm not hating it. Finn is a jackass in it yeah but it's for Bellarke.

I'm not gonna trash Flarke. Or hate it as an author. That is for the sake of the story

Yet talking shit about a ship or a character is just annoying.

So like if your writing a Bellarke story don't be like "omg Flarke sucks haha idk why they were canon it's so stupid"

No one cares. Write your damn story and respect all ships. That's what makes Fandoms toxic and we really don't need that
