Chelsey's POV
we have been hanging out with the chelsea and england boys for a while and we ate some pizza with them
kai and gavi seemed to get along really well so i am glad i was introducing friends to friends
"lyss just texted me that she's ready, are you ready to leave?" i asked gavi
"yup" he said
"aww you're leaving us again" chris complained
"yeahhh sorrryyyy" i said
they all said bye, but jude just wanted to be different like always
he got up from the couch and hugged me goodbye then shook gavi's hand
as we were about to walk out i heard mase yell, "be safe text me if you need anything!!!"
"okayy thanks" i gave him a thumbs up
we closed the door behind us and walked down the driveway to where gavi's car was lined up behind all of the guys' cars
he played coldplay on the way to lyss' house, "what's her address?"
i put it on the google maps and we eventually got to her house, i texted her letting her know that we're outside and she came out five minutes later
"hey guyss" she said, getting into the back seat
"heyyy" i said
"hey" gavi said
"did they leave?" i asked gavi
"yeah they're almost there"
i nodded

we arrived shortly behind them and we all got out of the car
they were already on the beach, "damn they couldn't wait five minutes?" i joked
"you know how pablo loves the beach" gavi laughed
i nodded i agreement and we all started walking down to the beach
we saw them in a circle playing keep it up with a soccer ball
me gavi and lyss all looked at each other and nodded before running down
we joined the circle and started to play
"you guys absolutely suck" pedri said, referring to me and lyss
"ITS HARD TO DO IF BAREFOOT" lyss yelled
"i'm sorry we're not professional footballers" i said
he laughed and we still continued to play

"i'm legit about to die of a heat stroke can we go in the ocean" i suggested
"i was waiting for someone to say it" pablo added
"why didn't you" eric asked
"cause i would've got bashed"
"you're not wrong" eric laughed
pablo shrugged them took his shirt off and i took the tshirt i had on over my bathing suit off
we both were the first ones ready so we ran in together
we started to jump in with the waves and then we saw them all coming in
we started to splash them as they started to kick water at us
"excuse you" i yelled at lyss, splashing water at her
she laughed and splashed me back
i swam deeper and gavi followed me
i splashed him, "ew get away from me you creep"
"woww so you wanna be like that" he splashed me back
we continued to splash each other then he went underwater
he picked me up then threw me, causing him to also fall underwater
we both came up at the same time, inches apart
there were a few seconds of silence, not awkward slice, but comfortable silence with eye contact
he put his hands on my hips underwater
"you're not gonna pull away this time are you?" i joked
"oh shut up" he said, then leaned in
our lips met once again
we haven't kissed much, but everytime we do, it feels like everything slows down. but you know, we are still taking it slow of course
we got interrupted by pedri scream, "SHARK!!!"
me and gavi stopped, looking at each other concerned then looking around
we saw a fin come in between us, feeling something against our legs
once it passed us, we saw ferran pop his head above water, wearing a fake fin on his back, "hey jello!"
"jello?" gavi laughed
"shit did i mess it up" he wondered to himself
"it's chello buddy" i told him
"ohh yea right" he said
gavi started to laugh but then got hit in the head with a blow up ball, obviously purposely because it was very hard
"just had to interrupt us?" gavi asked, turning to who threw it, who was pablo
"you guys were getting a little too much into it" pablo laughed
"yeah we didn't wanna see all that" ferran said, causing us to turn to him
i flipped him off
----------
after playing volleyball in the water for a bit, we went closer to the shore, not fully out of the water
we started to ride with the waves and we were all in general just having a bunch of fun, losing track of time
