*the next day*
i woke up and grabbed my phone without even opening my eyes
i clicked on the black screen for me to notice my phone was dead, "bruhh"
i put my phone on the charger and checked my clock instead
what the fuck? it's 12:36pm...
i went downstairs to look for mase but he was nowhere
i swear my birthday is always the most boring day of the year and i don't know why
i went back upstairs and turned my phone on, it was still low on battery so i went on it while it was charging
there was only one notification, from my dad

i walked downstairs and went into the kitchen to make myself avacado toast

i picked up my phone to facetime lyss cause i felt lonely

"i have a full day shift, then i'm going out to eat with coworkers"

i typed pabs into my contact list, then hit facetime
he answered quickly, "CHELSS!!!" he cheered at the phone

"what are you doing today?" he said, still smiling at the phone
"i got no plans"
"it's okay we could do something when i get back"

"you don't look too bad yourself" i smiled, "everyone is being so weird today"

"mason was being super dry, i think lyss completely forgot my birthday, and chris just told me he was busy and make it quick when i called him"
"hm that's weird" he looked away from the phone
"yeah i don't know, like am i the problem or something"

i heard aurora come in his room, "gavi are you rea- GAVI WHAT THE FUCK WERE LEAVING AND YOURE NOT PACKED?!" she yelled

i saw aurora wave to me from the back and i waved back, "okay bye pabss"

i threw my stuff out and went back upstairs to get ready for the day, just incase i end up going somewhere alone until pabs is back
i sat in my vanity and put my skin care headband on
i finished my skincare routine and i didn't do my makeup cause i didn't wanna do all that yet
i went into my bathroom and brushed my teeth and went back downstairs
i got sour patch kids from the pantry that sat on the couch and put my shoe on netflix
i guess this will be my birthday.
