"did you know your birth-month is also the same month as pride month" jongho asked yeosang

"yeah, t-that's why i g-get rainbow themed wrapping p-p-paper every year" yeosang chuckled

"it's also why mama and papa's wedding anniversary is in june" yunho explained

seonghwa and hongjoong have been married for nearly fifteen years, coming up in june. which was far, it's still only fall. but the kids always like to try and plan early to surprise their dads, and this year is a big milestone. fifteen years

"how old were they when they got married" wooyoung asked from the gaming chair

"i believe mama was nineteen and papa was eighteen" mingi said

wedding in june, seonghwas birthday in april, hongjoong would've been turning nineteen that november. so correct.

"thats young" jongho thought out loud

"yeah, but they were together since their freshman or sophomore year" san stated

"you ever notice how they still look at each other like it's still their honeymoon?" jongho said

"yeah, i-its c-c-cute" yeosang smiled

"i think ive only seen them fight once" yunho nodded. but they all know there's been more than one fight, there has to be fights every once in a while in a healthy relationship. the parents were just pros at making up and hiding the fighting from the kids.

"i remember that" wooyoung nodded

"really? you were so little" yunho turned to the younger, who just nodded

"yeah, i remember jongho refused to stay in the room alone, so he made me take him with me to see what was going on" wooyoung said

"i what"

"yeah, you saw it too. you were really young though" yunho explained

"remember when jongho used to eat bugs" san said, mingi gagged

"no i didn't!" jongho said with wide eyes

"yeah you d-did, during s-summer. you'd s-sit on th-the d-dirt and p-pick up bugs, then e-eat them" yeosang explained while laughing at jonghos disgusted face

"i remember when jongho would kiss your birthmark and call you a flower" mingi said "or a petal"

"petal was most common with mama and papa" yunho pointed out

"i called you flower?" jongho had this confused look plastered on his face

"y-you said m-my birthm-mark looked like a p-p-petal" yeosang nodded

"thus yeosang the flower was born" san said dramatically, causing wooyoung and mingi to giggle a little

"what else did i do when i was little?" jongho liked hearing these stories
