Chapter LIII: Unplanned

COACH JANUS'S POV:

This coming Tuesday will be our basketball game tournament which we are preparing very well to be qualified in semifinals.

We are here in the school gym practing for the incoming game which our players are determined to win.

"Girls are we all complete?", I asked them which they stop playing in walk to my direction.

"Coach kulang po tayo ng isa", Dominique said.

"Ha? Paano na yan malapit na ang game Saturday na ngayon", I said.

"We can't make any substitution po?", Erica asked.

"No we can't as we are aiming to be listed in semifinals", I informed them.

"So pagkulang tayo disqualified po tayo agad?", Luisa uttered.

"Yes, sino ba ang kulang?", I asked them.

"Si Thirdy po coach", Trixie said.

"Tawagan nyo siya two days na siyang wala sa practice natin", I said.

"Coach you haven't heard pa pala?",Dominique then asked.

"What?", I asked back.

"Thirdy go back to California coach 2 months na po", Lara said.

"Ha why?", I asked because she's our great player.

"For some reason po at biglaan po yun", Trixie said.

"Inform her. Call or chat her", I said.

"Coach she deactivated also her accounts so we can't contact her or even update her", Lara said.

"What? She needs to be here", I said hopelessly.

"Yes coach we need her as she's the best among us and she's also the people's choice. Isa po siya na gumagawa ng ingay sa name ng school", Dominique said which she's right.

"Try to contact her. Wag tayo mawalan ng pag-asa okay we can win this", I said to cheer them up.

"Okay continue practicing girls", I said and they go back inside the court.

Ms. Araneta is one of our great players in basketball and she's also the team Captain of the group. Which she's really good and organized in planning and assessing very well. If we are lack in participants we will be disqualified which it's not good.

As we will start again in the very beginning and we are now reaching the top, sayang kong mawawala lang lahat ng pagod at paghihirap ng mga players.

GREGGY'S POV:

I'm here in my office in our house. Which I just check some papers which di naman madami as it's Saturday now and I don't works or errands. It's a family day today and Irene is in our room busy finding some pictures of their band for documentation purposes.

When I'm already done I then get up from my seat and open the door and locked it after as I don't want anyone will go inside my office. Even Irene can't go her without my proper permission which Thirdy is the only person can go in and out here.

I'm now walking upstairs but I think of an idea to prepare some snacks for my dearest wife, so I quickly go back downstairs and run inside the kitchen.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh", I screamed in frightened.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh", Mona screaming also.

"MONA WHAT ARE YOU DOING?", I asked her while holding my chest in shocked.

"Sir naman bakit kayo sumisigaw?", she uttered, kasalanan ko pa ngayon?

"Abay sinong di sisigaw ko nakasalubong ko si Sadako. Ano ba nangyayari sayo?", I asked as her face and hair are full of white flour.
