The girl walked into the school alone. She walked towards the area with the instruments. Most of the instruments there were for band. But this girl was looking for something else. She walked along looking at the many instruments around her. Then she saw something that caught her eye. She walked over to the orchestra section and asked to try the cello. Little did she know, a young boy was watching her. He waited for his turn to try a flute when he saw the girl try the instrument for the first time. She was beautiful. With just one note, the boy saw the colors yellow, blue, and red. Her sadness, anger, and her loneliness.
He got out of line and went to the orchestra section just as the girl was about to leave. He sat down and asked to play the violin. The orchestra teacher showed him how to hold it and the boy played a note, a note that made the girl turn back and see sunflowers. The girl knew she wanted to play the cello. It called to her.
And the boy knew that he wanted to play the violin. It spoke to him.
Those choices set their whole future in motion. And her five secrets.
