My Day-To-Day Life (4)

Flying Home (January 1, 2024)

I woke up around 8:40 AM, and we went to have breakfast. We packed and checked out of the hotel by 12:00 PM but stayed and played cards for a bit until the shuttle came by to take us to the airport at around 2:10 PM

Then we flew to Vancouver, I slept on the plane for a lil! But then when we got to the Vancouver airport, we had to go through all the security and everything, and nearly missed our flight- like when they were verifying my last bag, they called out the last call for our flight, so Dad, X and I literally ran to the gate- the others had gotten through security faster, so we all made it xD

Then the hour ish flight from Vancouver to Calgary, we landed around 1:20 AM and waited for my parents to find their cars (I think Dad parked his in the wrong lot and had to pay a fine). We got home around 3:00 AM, I unpacked quickly.

Then talked with Sats a bit! Xe was really upset that we haven't been able to talk much at all, and yeah :< I felt really bad, but I hadn't warned about flight times and all so that was my fault ^^'

I think I fell asleep while talking to xem, then T woke me up at about 5:00 AM and I went to bed soon after
