Blood Warning ⚠️
———————————————————————————

Yama flew out of a portal and fell to the hard dirt ground with an 'oof'.

He gritted his teeth from landing on his shoulder and opened his eyes to see three skulls staring down at him. They all snickered and took glances at each other, excited for the torture they were going to inflict on him while their leader got the target.

'I hate demons...' Yama twitched three of his fingers and it was like a hard punch was sent into each of the Elitists, sending them flying back while he got to his feet.

He took his shoulder into his hand and snapped it back, feeling relief afterward.

Yama didn't pride himself on being a fighter but that didn't stop him from training himself in case a situation such as this came about. All three demons got to their feet and each prepared to take on the blond.

      3 against 1.

He'll try to make it quick.

Xed took (Y/N)'s hands into his own and brought them up to his lips to plant a small kiss on her knuckles. She didn't move or react to him, the visions of Zankora and the horror she's had to witness continued to plague her mind as the memories she's tried so hard to remember were hitting her all at the same time.

"Let's get you home now." He whispered, moving closer to her head. "We'll have plenty of time to catch up."

Her home? Her home was gone. Destroyed. Burned away until it was just ashes on the ground.

"Then once we get back, it can be just the two of us like this again." His lips moved into her neck again, feeling her ear on his nose and brushing his lips against her skin.

He wanted to bite her. See what her powerful blood tasted like. But he didn't want to burn his tongue.

"I'm sure Mother won't mind me having you all to myself. We're the bestest of friends, aren't we?"

She felt his fang drag across her skin and finally snapped out of her vision filled state. She shoved him away and rushed to her feet. She needed to run, find Yama and get away from here.

She can't go back. She just can't.

"Aw did I scare you again?" Xed falsely whimpered like a child as he got up.

"Leave me alone!" The girl growled. "I'm not going back!"

"That's not for you to decide." His voice fell flat and so did his face. "Mother won't be kept waiting any longer."

"I'm not going back!" She yelled, feeling her body start to heat up as black veins appeared in her milky (e/c) eyes.

Oh! Was she getting angry? Was his little monster about to come out? He started getting excited and another wide grin appeared on his face. She was delirious and out of mind during her first escape yet she was still able to overpower the Elitists and run.

But she's wide awake now. This should be fun.

Xed started taking off his gloves and tossing them to the floor, revealing his ash white hands and black claws that had a strange green tint to them.

"I suggest you be a good little monster and come home. Or this," He flashed his hands. "Is gonna hurt like hell."

She backed away to the exit while keeping her eyes on him. All she wanted to do was find Yama and run. They must've taken him away so he wouldn't be an issue to Xed. From what she remembers, Xed wasn't a fighter but there's a reason he commanded the Elitists the way he does.
