After Pac- man started selling in American Market, I also ordered my company to contact in European, Japanese & Korean market first. I named my video game company " Galaxy games pvt. Ltd." I have planned to sell Arcade machine and licence game to local distributors and game hall owner & groups for 1 or 2 years only first.

Later on when I will acquire real estate management companies during my expansion, I will think wheather to take these game halls under my banner as well or not. In my previous life, game halls in eg. Japan and South Korea were very profitable and generated billions of dollars every year from these alone.

This trend lasted for quite a long time even in 21st century. So, I have planned these things in coordinated manner. Generally, apart from these game halls, Arcade machines are also installed in malls, gas stations, food chain stores etc.

Where traffic is large and available regularly and as shopping malls, chain stores etc. are in my list of acquisition and expansion; then possibility is quite large from very beginning.

While, these things were going on, I busied myself into development of space invaders, galaxian game as well. These are also gold mines which I wanted to be under me.

Alongwith these things, I'm also busy with expanding franchise of my Comic company "Dunphy Comics". No matter how successful Dunphy Comics is and no matter how wildly popular its titles are to that industry, it still only sells comic books.

With each cover issue only selling for a dollar or two, the high sales doesn't necessarily translate into enriching profits.

Dunphy Comics' profits and success are quite enticing but that is only for comic book industry standards.

The disdain of this era's businessmen and general disregard of most societies for comics could be attributed to this.

With Reeve's Superman movies running low in fumes, even Warner was losing confidence in their subsidiary and pushing to transfer the comic book making business to DC's rival.

Tim Burton's Batman and the industry- shaking MCU would be unable to be put into existence, so the comic industry still hasn't exactly become a hot commodity that it would be in the future.

I knew that reality of past- future history and so did my team, but their analysis viewpoint was more on the capital turnover of things.

Hence, the expansion is a necessity to truly break through from the predicament of being low valued.

The popular franchise formula was thus put into the spotlight as the strategy to emulate.

Movies, games, comic books, books, toys, peripheral authorizations, TV shows, and cartoons. Each would go hand in hand with bolstering an intellectual property's value.

In this world Star Wars hasn't been made and so its extremely influential movie trilogy. George Lucas and his Lucas film is no where to be seen so Star wars franchise will also be under me which turned Lucas and it's company from being doubted into one with great prestige in my previous life.

Since I own game company and it produces arcade Machines, things in this area will be simple to achieve eg. Super Mario starts from a game and would slowly became an undying and expanding franchise for Nintendo in my previous life but in this life it's all mine.

Star Trek which began from an underappreciated TV show into a cult classic franchise that would always try to butt heads with Star Wars is also an example of successful franchise formula from previous life.

Representing comic books is of course DC's Superman which is still the most successful theatrical movie to date and a character franchise that embodies the red and blue of America.

For the cartoons, Mickey Mouse is representative given that Walt Disney's empire wouldn't be built without it.

As of this year, the representative J.K. Rowling still hasn't shown her prowess but author Stephen King's series of works is an expansive horror franchise of its own.

Toy originating franchises that was undeniable in previous life was G.I. Joe's toy line that started its franchise expansion through the 1983 animated series.

Franchises through peripherals isn't exactly a known thing but non- entertainment businesses involving cars and society- wide products are integral franchises that expand further into lives.

Just citing those references of recent years is enough to make my team look forward to everything while my ambition to make it reality also grew higher.

Whichever factor of the franchise formula you choose to start first, one could always expand towards the others.

Comic books would be the starting point for the Dunphy as three comic book titles are already gaining rave traffic that everyone in the comic book industry is envious of.

Dunphy Comics titles are already spawning massive changes to that niche market after all.

One could only look forward to how that tripartite success would develop when it steps foot to the other fields of the franchise formula.

Being a truly popular franchise meant that the disdain would be turned to admiration and the Dunphy Comics could just sit back while the profits would flow into their pockets.

For me, whose mind is a franchise almanac, the only failure I could have is being unable to manage them all of these things properly.

Dragonball, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and ThunderCats are just the start, which means that they would be the experimental ones that would accommodate and train me and my employees for what's about to come.

It had to be mentioned that the my company isn't the only one eyeing my creations as my company telephones rung with questions regarding possibilities of cooperation.

Their offers were tempting but the I, with consultation of Grandpa, dad and my team decided to take matters into our own hands and considering the pesky callers like Stan Weston was not within their options.

Unlike failure of other Toy makers in the market, I and my team considered a lot of angles and pitfalls that we may fall into.

We hadn't dabbled in toymaking but not really on animation matters and that has to change.

I and my team had to extensively study those parts and it could also be considered as my hands-on business lecture.

In my opinion, risk assessments, talent factors, and the value of purchases needed to be ingrained earlier into my young and entrepreneurial blood if I wants to succeed in my endeavours. Having high IQ isn't everything needed for brilliant success, it equally needs experience, EQ and tempering through this process.

With all the necessary reference books and articles, I and my team went ahead and combined our efforts. Toy designing consideration, Cheaper and effective alternatives, replacing high priced locals with cheaper and better foreign options, selection & recruitment of talents on global scale with the advantage of my knowledge and foresight, Made in china factory options to reduce incurring costs as much as possible etc. In the end, everything is & would be underway but it would take a long time to set up.
