All About Me

I walk into school,
Greeted by countless faces.

A single second
Is enough to fill me with energy
After spending a lengthy period
Locked up in my bedroom,
Longing for someone to run their mouth.

I am open to any topic,
Even ones I'm unfamiliar with
Because they never fail
To make me feel alive.

That is the purpose of my life,
Always taking every opportunity
To socialize with others.

Take me away from it,
A timer will be set in my mind,
Threatening to implode upon itself,
And the only way
To disarm this bomb
Is if I'm around someone,
Even if I'm simply breathing
The same air.

No one needs to say a single word
When they're around me,
For their very presence
Is enough to give me energy,
But if they were to utter a word,
That would accelerate
The maximization of my power.
