"Come here lil boy." Using a southern accent I called over Luther.

"Why are you talking like that?" He rolled his eyes but still began walking towards me.

Smack. "Hahaha! I've been waiting to do this for a century." I held my stomach as I laughed.

"...Seriously?" Luther paused as he reigned in his anger.

"In my weakened state I'm able to do what I want to without suffering the consequences." I laughed louder but then hissed in pain.

"..." He silently walked out before walking back in smirking as he brought in my nemesis, the old doctor.

"..." This guy is so petty.

A few hours later...

"You're actually a rat you know that? Like seriously you're going to get me into trouble for one slap? What about my injuries who do I go to for that? Huh?" I hugged angrily as I crossed my arms, turning away from the thorn in my side named Luther.

"Why is this guy here again?" Ian grumbled after returning with my meal. "Actually, why are any of these scumbags here?" He glared at Samuel and Daniel entering after him. "My sister is too popular, this isn't good. How am I supposed to keep her to myself if so many dirty flies are hanging around her? What if she gets tricked by one of them?" Ian's face became ashen as he came to some sort of realisation.

I've already been tricked by two of them... I feel like Ian might be right, it's not good for me to hang around these guys... b-but Samuel.

"Autumn!" Samuel talked over Ian and he seemed to perk up as soon as he saw me.

A dog... He's literally a little puppy, are you serious?

"Samuel!" I grinned while squinting my eyes at him.

A cat... she's a literal kitten, so cute. Samuel thought as he saw her smile.

"My mum gave me this medicine that she got from this doctor lady she met in an alleyway." He said as he handed me a plastic bag.

A mysterious lady in an alleyway... Why does that seem familiar? Where have I heard that before? A mysterious lady in an alleyway.

"Why would you try and give her some obviously dodgy substances?" Luther slapped Samuel's hand away.

Mysterious lady.

Alleyway.

Mysterious lady in the alleyway.

"How dare you slap my brother!" Daniel pushed Luther away in anger.

In a alleyway? No it's definitely an alleyway. No wait what lady?

"Wait you idiots, this is actually good medicine." Ian stopped their arguing after looking through the contents of the bag.

I blinked rapidly as I tried regaining my train of thought. Then it finally hit me, didn't a lady in an alleyway tell me about my affinity for voodoo?

"No, but she could've put anything in the bottles." Luther tried acting as the voice of reason again.

"The bottles are sealed, but just in case let me try it first." Ian brushed him off as he popped a pill in his mouth.

But what is this? I feel like I'm forgetting something. I glanced over at the shuddering Ian momentarily before looking back down at my hands.
