"it's so pretty here." i said in awe as i looked around the city.

billie swung our hands in between us. "i know. it's cold as fuck though."

currently, we were in stockholm, sweden finishing up the second leg of billie's 1 by 1 tour. it's valentine's day, so we were going out for a nice dinner, then going to watch the sunset by the water. we were walking there from the hotel. her bodyguard walked closely behind us, along with the doc film crew.

"agreed," i sighed. "colder than a motherfucker."

we reached the restaurant, walking inside. we asked for a table for two, then let the waitress take us to one.

my eyebrow twitched as i watched the way she looked at billie. i clenched my jaw as she not-so-subtly flirted with her. after she asked for our drinks, i watched as she walked off.

"jj?" billie snapped her fingers in front of my face, making me look over at her. "you good, bubba?"

"yeah, i'm fine." i cleared my throat, reaching for her hands over the table. she placed them in mine and i rubbed my thumbs against the backs of them. "where are you most excited to go on this tour, princess?" i changed subjects.

"paris," she smiled softly. "we can go see the eiffel tower and shit, which could be fun."

"the most romantic city in the world," i mumbled. "i'm excited to go there too. it's gonna be fun as hell."

i tilted my head, smiling at her. "your album comes out in a month and a half. how are you feeling about that?"

"anxious as fuck. that album is, like, my baby, and the fact that everybody is gonna be able to listen to it so soon and kinda scary, not gonna lie." she explained.

"it'll do fine, shorty," i assured. "for real, everybody's gonna love it."

"my management didn't even clap when they heard it." she told me.

my brows furrowed. "you serious? bro, fuck them. that album is amazing, bil. i've told you before and i'll tell you again, it's gonna get some grammys. i'm calling it right now."

"yeah, okay," she rolled her eyes. "i will agree that it's good though. i love this album so much."

the waitress came back with our drinks, placing them in front of us. she noticed our hands on the table, and i had to hold back a laugh at the glare she gave it.
