Melanie's P.O.V
We make it back to campus around lunch. It was hard to be mad at him or even pretend to be after the late morning we just had.
"Still mad at me?"he asks with a stupid grin on his face as we walk together to the cafeteria.
"Shut up,"I say as we both grab our seats.
"I don't even know what I did princess but I've apologized either way so can you at least stop acting indifferently and smile,"he says as he kisses my shoulder and I let out a giggle.
"Okay stop. I'm not mad anymore,"I say with a smile and he smiles back at me.
Can guys be any clueless though? What does 'I don't even know what I did' mean? He was the one acting indifferent towards me last night and this morning.
My thoughts are interrupted by Tyler who joins us.
"How's the cutest couple everyone is stop talking about?"he asks as he sits next to Cameron who gives him a muderous look. He hated when anyone said that.
"Anyway where did the two of you run off to?"Tyler asks ignoring Cameron.
"Well I just forgot my lecture books at home and Mel here was kind enough to accompany me to fetch them. Right babe?"
"Yeap,"I say in his defence backing him up.
"Oh my!That was so nice of you Mel. I'm sorry I couldn't help out Cammy," Tyler says in mock hurt as he holds a hand to his chest.
"Glad,"Cameron shoots back with a sarcastic tone knowing well enough that Tyler was not buying the story we just came up with."And quit calling me Cammy especially around her,"he adds as realizition dawns on him.
"Why? I like it," I say this time backing Tyler up. I could not help chuckling as Cameron looked at me like I had grown another head. Key note. You do not want to see one of the weird looks that Cameron gives. One they are confusing. Two they are scary. But I was not fazed at all.
"So babe what should I get you?" Cameron asks me but of course Tyler decides to go ahead and piss him off.
"Some pasta would do,"Tyler says making me chuckle.
"Dude,by babe I meant Melanie. I mean it's not like there is something going on between us. Or is there?" Cameron asks as he stands up.
"No way mahn. Hell naah. I like my girls just fine," Tyler says as he raises his hands up.
"What you want babe?"Cameron asks again.
"Just get me some chicken and maybe some sauce. A burger too,"I answer with a smile plastered on my face.
