Arjun's pov
The next few days have been a rush but thankfully now mr. Sharma is in a much better condition. As of me and Riya we both have been much more closer these days .
Today Mr. Sharma will be given discharge so right now I am driving her to the hospital.
"Hey baby girl don't be worried now everything is fine" I said holding her hand
"Yeah I know Arjun but still I am concerned for him " She said smiling sadly.
"Don't be. We'll all take good care of him" I lightly kissed her hand
She simply smiled
Soon we reached the hospital and I went to finish of the formalities while riya went to him.
After sometime Mr. Sharma was there happily talking to his family while riya has laughing on something he said, oh how much I love this scene.
"Hello mr. Sharma how do you feel now? " I asked shaking his hand
"Never been better son. And you better start calling me dad" He said patting my shoulder.
"Sure dad"
We all went towards his house and helped mom in adjusting with the stuff.
"Arjun you take some rest son in riya's room while I'll cook some lunch " Mrs. Sharma said
"No mom it's fine you too take rest I'll ask kriti to send us something" I offered
"No no son I am fine I'll cook something but please take rest"
"But mom-" I said
"Now I am not listening anything. Riya take him upstairs" She lightly ordered us
Riya nodded and held my hand
"Come let's go husband" She said softly so that only I could hear.
God how much I loved listening to that
As soon as we reached her room I locked the door and pulled her towards me and tightly hugged her inhaling her scent.
She hugged me back and we stayed like this for sometime.
"Thank you so much Arjun. I don't think without you I could have managed alone. " She said kissing my cheek
"Babygirl stop thanking me. I love you" I kissed her forehead
She snuggled back into my chest and I held her tightly.
"Come you take some rest till then I'll help mom" To which I nodded
I checked some mails while she went down stairs. After checking the mails I looked around her room. There were some pictures of her she looks so cute.
Suddenly I saw her red colored teddy. I held that teddy and had flashback of how I was ready to kill some non-existing human. I slightly chuckled at my own thought.
I kept thinking about all the things that have happened that I didn't notice when riya came and stood behind me.
"DON'T TOUCH HIM" she dramatically shrieked and snatched him from me.
I narrowed my eyes "why so"
"Because he is mine and my only baby" She said Kissing him
"Oh really" I smirked
She childishly pouted and nodded her head
"Then you are mine and my only baby" With that I held her wrist and pulled her towards me.
In that moment we both fell on the bed with me on top of her and I started tickling her.
She laughed continuously and shrieked"leave me please"
But I didn't stop
She suddenly gasped "mom"
I looked back and nobody was there she tried pushing me but failed and I chuckled at her attempt.
I continued tickling her but this time she gasped more dramatically
"Oh god mom"
But I didn't stop
"Ahem ahem" A new sound came
When I looked back mom stood there with her back towards us
Shit!
I hastily stood back and riya adjusted her clothes and gave me a mean look.
"Are you guys decent? " Mom asked
"Mommm" Riya whined
"What? I mean you could have been doing anything" I am damn sure my cheeks would have turned red
"Yeah good you know still you didn't knock" Riya sassed
I looked wide eyes towards her
"Poor you. If you would have noticed I knocked atleast thrice" With that riya started looking here and there scratching her head.
"It's your age to have kids not behave like kids" With that mom walked out smiling
"Mommmm" Both me and riya whined together.
"Hmm hmmm better come down now before you start having kids rather than behaving like one again" She chuckled.
Both me and riya looked at each other and bursted out laughing.
She punched my shoulder and said in between laughing "you should have locked the door'
" What? Me you were the one who came suddenly popping like a ghost" I said chuckling
"Did you just call me a ghost? " She gasped
"I guess I did" I nodded
"Still whatever it is you should know about locking the door. How irresponsible you are" She dramatically shook her head and walked out
What?? Me?? It's her house her room how am I irresponsible?
I gave a horrified look
"Seriously?? " I asked walking behind her
"Yes.now follow me you irresponsible kid " With that she dashed towards kitchen
Now this irresponsible kid will show you how responsible he is. I smirked.
