It's been two weeks since the incident in the restaurant with Maya. I haven't seen Asher since then. Well technically I was avoiding him. I didn't want to face him after warning Maya to stay away from my guy. I don't know why I said that and that too infront of him. He had a smirk plastered on his face throughout our way back to my office and kept stealing a few glances towards me. I never once looked his way and quickly got down the car when we reached my office without looking back.

Today's my wedding and here I'm sitting in my bedroom while my team works on my makeup and hair. I had requested a subtle, elegant look, one that would enhance rather than transform. The makeup artist expertly blended earthy tones, accentuating my eyes and highlighting my cheekbones with a gentle touch of rosy blush.Moving on to my lips, a soft, rosy hue graced them, providing a subtle pop of color that complemented the overall look. My waist length hair is styled into a low bun with pearl accessories.

The necklace, a family treasure, graces my neck with its timeless elegance. My earrings, glinting with every movement, were a gift from a dear friend. And then there's the engagement ring, a dazzling promise on my finger.

As Lily and Sophia entered my room, their eyes widened in awe, taking in the sight of the bridal transformation. In Lily's embrace, her words echoed a comforting melody. "You look beautiful, Addy," she said, the sincerity in her voice adding a layer of reassurance to the moment."I can't believe you're getting married," Sophia exclaimed and hugged me.Sophia and Lily's hands worked delicately, assisting me into my wedding dress I designed for myself.

I stood before the mirror, my fingers delicately tracing the intricate lace of my wedding dress. The gown, a masterpiece of ivory silk and lace.As I slid into the gown, the smooth satin caressed my skin, and the sweetheart neckline framed the delicate curve of my collarbones. The A-line silhouette embraced my figure.

The bodice of the dress boasted an array of carefully crafted lace, forming floral motifs that seemed to bloom across the ivory canvas. Tiny pearls adorned the edges, adding a subtle glimmer that caught the light with every movement. The intricate details continued down the A-line silhouette, creating a mesmerizing harmony of texture and design. The hem of the dress featured a delicate scalloped edge.Tiny pearls and subtle sequins were scattered throughout the veil.As I placed it delicately over my carefully styled hair, it framed my face like a celestial halo.

As I turned around I saw Lily, with tears streaming down her cheeks and Sophia, standing beside her, blinked back tears."Stop it, guys," I laughed.I tried to lighten the atmosphere, wiping away a mock tear from my eye. "You're going to make me cry, and I can't ruin this fabulous makeup," I teased.

Lily smiled, her voice a tender reassurance, "You're stunning, Addy. This is your day, and we're just overwhelmed with joy for you." Sophia chimed in, her voice holding a playful tone, "As much as I'd love to keep staring at this beautiful bride, we've got to go the venue.Let's go make this day unforgettable!"

Walking down the stairs in my ethereal wedding dress, I couldn't help but notice the collective gasp from my family as they laid eyes on me.As I reached the bottom of the stairs, I caught the emotional expressions on my parents' faces. My mother, her eyes glistening with tears, wore a proud smile that spoke volumes. My father, though trying to maintain composure, couldn't hide the genuine happiness and love in his eyes.

Christian, sported a proud smile as his eyes softened with a hint of nostalgia.Evan, looked up at me with wide, innocent eyes, a beaming smile on his face. "Aunt Addy, you look like a princess!"."Aww, thanks, Evan".Leaning down, I planted a gentle kiss on his cheek."Oh, there's my lipstick on your cheek," I chuckled, teasing Evan as I noticed the faint trace of lipstick left by my earlier kiss."It's okay, Aunt Addy," Evan reassured me with a sweet smile.

My mother's gentle reminder pulled me back to the present. "We have to go, Addy, or we'll be late," she said.I turned to my dad, a hint of worry on my face. "Dad, I don't even know where the venue is," I confessed.Dad chuckled, his eyes crinkling with amusement. "Asher insisted we keep it a secret," he confessed. "Let's not keep the groom waiting. We'll guide you there, and I promise, it's a stunning location."

As we arrived at the venue, my breath caught at the sight of the beach house that resembled more of a castle. Looking around at the picturesque beach setting, I couldn't help but marvel at how my dream of a beach wedding had come true, thanks to Asher.Leaning on my brother's arm, I took tentative steps toward the backyard, where the ceremony was about to unfold.

As Christian guided me towards the backyard, he told "Everything will be fine, princess". With a tender smile, he handed me over to our dad.My dad whispered "I love you, Princess, and no matter what, we're always there for you. You'll always be my little girl." His words wrapped around me, offering comfort and assurance, as we stepped into the next chapter of my life.

As the doors swung open, there stood my soon-to-be husband. The world around me blurred, and all I could focus on was Asher at the end of the aisle."Here we go," I whispered to myself, taking a deep breath.
