As we returned from our Christmas vacation, I felt a mix of relaxation and anticipation as Asher mentioned taking me out on a date. It was a sweet gesture, a chance to reconnect after the holiday rush.

For our date night, I opted for a chic yet cozy ensemble. I wore a stylish sweater dress in a deep burgundy hue, paired with knee-high boots and a matching coat to keep me warm in the winter chill. A statement scarf added a pop of color and completed the look.

As I glanced at the clock, I realized that Asher had asked me to get ready and left the house an hour ago. With a slight furrow of my brows, I wondered what could be keeping him.

As I stepped into the living room, the sound of the front door opening caught my attention. Turning, I saw Asher entering the house, his presence immediately filling the room. Relief washed over me as I realized he was finally back.

"Hey, Asher," I greeted him, trying to sound casual despite my curiosity. "Where have you been?" Asher flashed me a  grin. "Just had to make sure everything's perfect for our date night," he said, his eyes twinkling with excitement.

I could feel his gaze lingering on me, and when he finally spoke, his voice was laced with desire. "Maybe I should cancel our plans," he said, his eyes sparkling with affection. My heart fluttered at his words, and I couldn't help but smile.

I gestured to the couch. "go ahead and get ready. I'll find something to watch while I wait," I replied, grabbing the remote and switching on the TV. As he disappeared into our bedroom, I scrolled through the channels, trying to find something entertaining to pass the time.

As he descended the stairs, my eyes couldn't help but follow every step he took. His casual yet stylish attire accentuated his rugged charm, leaving me momentarily breathless. I found myself mesmerized by the sight of him, unable to blink as he made his way toward me with a confident stride.

His leather jacket added an extra layer of allure to his already captivating presence. The way it hugged his broad shoulders and accentuated his masculine features made him look effortlessly cool and undeniably handsome.

"Like what you're seeing?" he teased, his voice tinged with amusement. "Oh, you know I do," I replied with a playful smirk, feeling a rush of excitement at the sight of him.

I halted Asher's advance for a kiss, gesturing to my lip gloss. Confusion flickered across his face, his eyes searching mine for an explanation.I playfully patted my lips, grinning. "Can't mess up this masterpiece," I quipped, pointing to my lip gloss, as he raised an amused eyebrow.

Asher replies with a mischievous grin, "You'll have to pay double for that privilege." "Alright, deal," I chuckled, nodding in agreement. "You get a rain check on the kiss now, but I'll make it up to you later with a double treat."

Surprised, I raised an eyebrow at Asher as he led me to his bike in the garage. "We're going on a bike ride?" Asher grinned mischievously, "Yep, thought we'd switch things up a bit. Plus, it's a beautiful night for a ride, don't you think?"

My heart raced with excitement as I squealed and hugged Asher tightly, replying, "You're full of surprises today, aren't you? Alright, let's do it!"
"Ready for an adventure?" Asher grinned, handing me a helmet.

I grinned back, excitement coursing through me. "Absolutely!"

He revved the engine and I hopped on, securing the helmet snugly. "Hold on tight," he said, and with a nod, I wrapped my arms around him as we rode off towards our date location. The wind in my hair, the thrill of the ride – it was all so exhilarating.

As we pulled up to the location, I looked around in wonder, taking in the sights. "Where are we?" I asked, curious about Asher's choice for our date.

Asher parked the bike and motioned towards the quaint little cafe. "It's a small cafe owned by one of my clients," he explained with a grin. "I asked him for a favor because I know my wife would love it here." I smiled warmly at Asher and squeezed his hand. "You know me so well," I replied.

Feeling Asher's lips on my cheek, I smiled until he gently blindfolded me with a cloth. Confused yet intrigued, I asked, "What's this for?" "It's a surprise, love," Asher whispered softly, his warm breath brushing against my cheek. "Trust me, you're going to love it."

As we stepped inside the cozy café, Asher flicked on the lights, casting a warm glow over the room."Are you ready to see the surprise, my love?" My heart fluttered as I nodded, feeling a rush of excitement coursing through me.

As Asher lifted the blindfold, I blinked open my eyes, and there it was – a quaint café with books lining every nook and cranny. The open kitchen added to the charm. With a delighted squeal, I leaped forward, enveloping Asher in a tight hug before planting a kiss on his lips. Let the lipgloss go to hell. "Thank you so much for this amazing surprise, Asher! You know me so well," I exclaimed.

Asher wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close. "You're worth every effort, Addy," he whispered, his voice soft and filled with love. "Anything for my blue-eyed beauty". "Thank you for making tonight so special," I said, my heart overflowing with love for him. "I couldn't have asked for a better surprise."

"So, why's the cafe so empty?" I inquired, puzzled by the lack of patrons. Asher grinned mischievously, replying, "Because tonight, I'll be your waiter and chef." I chuckled, replying, "Well, I hope you've got some serious cooking skills up your sleeve then, Mr. Chef."

Asher grinned, suggesting, "How about you pick a book and get cozy while I work my magic in the kitchen?" "Sure thing!" I grinned, scanning the shelves until a book caught my eye. "Found one!" I called out, grabbing it and settling into a cozy corner while Asher worked his magic in the kitchen.

I was totally lost in the book, completely unaware of my surroundings, until Asher suddenly pulled it from my grasp. Startled, I looked up at him, realizing I had bitten my lip at a particularly steamy scene. "Oops," I chuckled, feeling a flush creeping up my cheeks.

I squirmed in my seat, my cheeks flushing with embarrassment as Asher's eyes widened while he read the passage. "Um, maybe we should skip that part," I suggested, trying to grab the book back from him, but he held it just out of reach, a playful smirk on his lips.

"I didn't know that my wife enjoys reading porn" he said. I playfully swatted his arm. "It's not porn, it's literature!" I defended, trying to hide my embarrassment behind a laugh. He just chuckled, giving me a teasing smirk. "Sure, sure, whatever you say, Blue."

"Are you blushing, Blue?" Asher's whisper tickled my ear, and I couldn't help but hide my face, feeling my cheeks burn. "Don't worry, I don't mind recreating those scenes with you," he teased, his voice low and playful.

I playfully swatted his arm, my cheeks burning. "You're incorrigible, Asher."

As his words lingered in my mind, I couldn't help but entertain the idea. Maybe, just maybe, I wouldn't mind if he recreated those scenes with me.
