Seated on the plush couch in our suite, memories of our beachside kiss flood back, carried by the whispers of the waves. Our kiss was like a love song played by the sea. The salty breeze, the sound of waves – it felt like we were writing a romantic chapter with each touch. In those moments, I felt like we created a simple, beautiful melody of love that whispered through the air and lingered in the heart.

As Addy steps out of the room, she catches me lost in thought. With a playful grin, she asks, "What's going on in that mind of yours?" With a mischievous smile, I stroll over, leaning against the doorframe. In a whisper, I share, "this" Then, unable to resist, I pull her by the waist, our lips meeting in a spontaneous dance of passion.

As our lips meet, Addy responds by encircling her hands around my neck, her fingers finding their way into my hair, playfully giving it a gentle tug.Our kiss becomes a dance, tongues intertwining in a playful struggle for dominance. In the midst of this passionate exchange, Addy's smile, soft yet electric, lingers between our lips. I nibble on her bottom lip and elicit a moan from her.

Breaking the kiss, I find solace in nuzzling into Addy's neck. A chuckle escapes her lips as she teases, "You've been quite the clingy one since that first kiss, haven't you?" Smirking, I reply, "Well, can you blame me? Once you've had a taste of something as incredible as you, who wouldn't want to savor it every chance they get?"

Addy smirks right back, a glint of mischief in her eyes, and says, "Fair point. Guess I'm stuck with a clingy husband then." With a playful wink, I retort, "Well, get used to it, Blue. I plan on being the best kind of clingy for the rest of our forever."

Addy chuckles at my reply, and I seize the moment, asking with a grin, "How about a dinner date, Mrs. Asher?" Addy, with a smile that could light up the room, replies, "Dinner sounds perfect, Mr. Asher."

"Alright then, Blue. Go get ready, and let's make tonight unforgettable," I say, a hint of excitement in my voice. Addy, with a playful glint in her eyes, replies, "Unforgettable it is, Mr. Asher. Just give me a few minutes."

Wrapped in a sharp midnight-blue suit, crisp white shirt, and a sleek tie, I'm aiming for that perfect balance of dapper and laid-back. Paired with black shoes, it's a look that says, "effortlessly stylish."

"Blue, hurry up we're getting late for dinner" I shout with a cheeky grin, the impatience masked in playful banter. "Five minutes please" "Blue, you mentioned that 30 minutes ago! The dinner might be over by the time you decide on an outfit," I tease with a playful sigh.

As Addy steps into view, my words evaporate into a stunned silence. There she stands, an ethereal presence that leaves me momentarily breathless. In that moment, every reason I have to speak fades away, and all that remains is the profound appreciation for the woman who graces my life.

Addy stuns in a knee-length black cocktail dress that accentuates her elegance. The way it hugs her curves is nothing short of breathtaking. The dress complements her figure, and every step she takes radiates confidence and grace.

As I lean in for a kiss, Addy places a gentle hand on my chest, halting me mid-motion. Confusion flickers across my face as I meet her eyes, silently questioning the sudden pause. " You'll ruin my lipstick, so no kisses till we get back"

I rolly eyes and grin, "I'll get you every shade you desire. Now, come here and let me seal the deal with a kiss." Addy chuckles, "No, Mr. Shades Provider. We're running late, remember?" I  groan at her response, "You're ruining my romantic plans, Blue," but lead her to the car, and drive to the restaurant .

We reach the restaurant and  we're led to the rooftop table I specially reserved. As we take our seats and settle, my wife asks me " Do you have to be over the top all the time?" I chuckle, looking at Addy with a glint in my eyes, "Well, Blue, being over the top is my way of showing you that every moment with you is exceptional."

Addy smirks playfully, "Just as long as you don't run out of 'over the top' ideas, Mr. Romantic." I grin, "Don't worry, my love. The well of romance is deep, and I've only just begun."

The evening unfolded with delicate food, playful banter, and Addy's animated descriptions, each word a melody I couldn't help but listen to attentively.

                               †††††

As Addy went through her night skincare routine, I couldn't help but stare at her. Caught red-handed, I chuckled as Addy playfully scolded, "Staring is rude, dear husband." I chuckled, "Well, I can't help it when you're so irresistibly beautiful, can I?"

I noticed a subtle blush gracing her cheeks, making her even more enchanting.A soft chuckle escaped my lips as Addy playfully muttered "flatterer" under her breath. With a tender embrace, I pulled Addy onto the bed, sealing the night with a gentle kiss.

Caught in the soft glow of the room, I couldn't help but stare at Addy. She noticed and playfully asked, "What?"
I grinned, teasingly telling her, "I just love it when you blush for me. It's my favorite shade on you." Addy hid her face on my chest, and with a soft smile, I whispered, "Good night, Blue. Sweet dreams."

Her gentle touch on my cheek felt like a caress of love, but I pretended to be asleep, savoring the moment. " Thank you for giving us a chance Asher. I'm grateful for your presence in my life. I've never stopped loving you and I'll never stop loving you in this life and beyond that" and she kissed my forehead and placed her hands around my torso and her head on my arm.

My heart danced to a melody of gratitude and affection, grateful for the rekindled love. As she spoke, I couldn't help but marvel at the warmth her words brought, making my heart beat fast in acknowledgment. Thankfully, she hadn't laid her head on my chest; otherwise, she might have felt the chaotic rhythm echoing my emotions.
