Sid's eyes opened in the early morning. Unwillingly he tried to climb off the bed but he felt something heavy on his legs. He arched his body a little up and found Avu cuddled with his legs like it's a teddy. He sighed and sat up anyhow.
Sid- kiddo, I am not your teddy
Then he slowly came out from her grip and tugged her back in the blanket and placed a pillow in place of him. And she quickly snuggled with that pillow.
He took a glance of his mobile screen to check the time and noticed that he don't have enough time. After a quick bath and completing his morning business, he slipped into his formal clothes.

He marched to downstairs after getting fully ready within half an hour. He wasn't feeling like eating anything this early. So he left with his Audi Car but not before giving instructions to the servants and Riyaz about Avu.

Rit- mam.. mam wake up or you will get late for your college
Rita said trying to wake Avi up.
Avu- two more minutes
Avi whined in her sleepy voice.
Rit- mam you are already running late
Avu pouted grumpily and finally sat up on the bed and rubbed her eyes.
Rit- Mr. Aly is already here to pick you up, well today he will be accompanying you in the dinning table
Avu- ohhhh
Avu squeaked in her sleepy voice and finally pushed the blanket away from her body. Suddenly something hit her mind which made her open her eyes completely
Rit- why were you sleeping in the opposite direction ?
Rita asked, arranging the blanket.
Avu- Aunt, where is Mr. Nigam ?
Rita glanced at Avu and then asked
Rit- don't you know ?
Avi shooked her head.
Rit- actually Mr. Nigam was having an important meeting out of the city so he left early in the morning
Rita replied with a small smile and placed the blanket on it's spot.
Avu- till what time ?
Rit- around five, and he strictly have instructed us that you shouldn't be late for your test
Avu lips curled into a bright smile and she felt unknown warmth inside her. But soon her smile vanished.
Avu pov Mr. Nigam left till five that means he must have woke up earlier from that. So it means he only had a sleep for two hours as he was teaching me till two.
