The lodge resounded with sounds of chatter as the various practitioners and travelers seated in the pub engaged in intense conversations. While they spoke about the previous proceedings, their eyes couldn't help but sweep across the individual that calmly sat and drank his tea. As if unphased by their bustle, Feng Yu merely sipped his tea in content as he recalled something before this scene.

"That woman who trailed him... who was she?" Feng Yu pondered as he recalled the charming looking beauty that carried a poisonously seductive spirit.

After thinking for a bit, he then shook his head and no longer paid it any mind. Feng Yu prepared to get another serving of tea, but it was at this moment, there was a change.

Buzz! Rumble! Following a loud sound, the Storm Rise Cliff had begun to tremble as a beam of multi-colored light shot from its epicenter towards the starry heavens.

The ray lit up the entire sky, filling it and its surrounding clouds that shrouded its peaks with its colorful hue. A few locals out on the streets couldn't help but exclaim as they saw this change.

"I can't believe it! Isn't this the light from 'that' chamber? When was the last time this happened?" One person said with a look of surprise on their face.

"The winners of this batch are surely lucky; it's not every time they spend those rare element stones to open that thing. Che! I can bet that those who've lost must be feeling pissed off right about now," Another person said with a look of mockery on his face.

As the then men spoke, in a nearby corner, a familiar silhouette quietly stood with his gaze fixed onto the colorful skies. A figure decked out in a sleeveless orange martial robes and dark trousers, as he hoisted a large blade on his back.

"Hmm, I didn't think that I'd see this on the day before I left, darn, maybe I should have participated. If she were here, I bet that she'd have forced me to join..." The person said while smiling wearily.

However, his smile soon changed to that of a frown as his eyes reflected a different scenery, a picture of a blue-haired thunder young man who defeated him in battle, taking away the affection of from the partner of his dreams.

"Blue... no, Dai Lin, I will be the one to save her..." The youth said as he shook his head and turned away from the lights, his eyes shone with confidence as he headed for a nearby building.

In a different area of the Storm Rise Cliff's town, Mo Dang was currently in a foul mood. As he walked along with the members of the Seven Blade Mercenaries, he would grit his teeth as the air of murder grew around his figure.

Soon, he and his company had arrived at a remote alleyway, a place devoid of even rodents carrying a gloomy aura. Upon arriving here, the disciples from the Seven Blade Mercenaries each took a step back away from Mo Dang as they watched him stare at the wall of a dead end.

Bang! Instantly, the wall had formed a deep scar as Mo Dang had struck one of his knives towards it. He then continued to strike it repeatedly, causing a few rubbles to fall to the ground as he shouted in anger.

"Damn! Damn! Damn! That little bitch Lu Wei, that bastard Shaolin and that repugnant itinerant savage! They dare to humiliate me like this!" Mo Dang shouted in a rage as his spit flew from his mouth.

As he continued to act in such a violent manner, the wounds from his wrappings had begun to bleed, forcing him to put an end to his actions.

"Haa... haa... I must let them pay. I must certainly let everyone pay! Those bastards, my brothers, and everyone who ever dared to look down on me as a lesser!" Mo Dang said while panting heavily, he fell to his knees and struck the ground with his sweaty and bloody knuckles.
