Outside of a large town nearby the Eastern Wilds, a crowd gathered around a central area. Their eyes were filled with shock as if they'd just witness the most incredible thing. Yet one shouldn't misjudge their surprise for before them was a crater - a giant fist impression that seemed to have been made by a humongous creature's furious assault.

It occupied a range of no less than five hundred meters, the trees, and boulders in the nearby fields crushed into ruins by the sheer force. Oddly enough, this wasn't the most surprising thing, for if one looked closely, they would see that within this crater was the figure of a pale-skinned young man garbed in a high collar dark robe. He had pointed bat-like ears and gleaming red eyes.

Currently, he was looking at the figure of a huge man with a husky body, seated above the crater around a small desk. He had bright golden hair and a fuzzy set of thick brows above his brutal looking eyes.

"Cough... I'll let you pay for this... mark-my-words!" As the pale-skinned young man said this, his body glowed in a dark light before he turned in a myriad of bats and vanished into the surroundings.

"Aye... to think it would be over so soon... what was his name again, Bion, Bien...?" A person asked with a hint of curiosity.

"Bianfu Chen, he was pretty arrogant just now, claiming to be a part of some powerful and noble clan. He lost the very same way as that girl, Honghu Yi," A skinny man said as he gestured towards the distance at the similarly large crater.

"Haha, it serves them right, they were both too arrogant for their own good. Still, this Kong guy has been accepting challengers from ever since he got here, to think no one can beat him. Why have I never heard his name before?" A curious practitioner said as he looked at the man seated around the desk.

"I have no idea, but it's around times like these that those hidden geniuses will pop out of nowhere. Though at his age, I can't say he's considered a true talent, he'd more likely be just a capable practitioner," Another person said.

"Well, it's not like he's that old, despite his looks he's life signs seems to be in the mid-twenties, and the Dragon Talent Meet is two years and few months,. He should still be within the age limit and would more or likely be one of the older talents in the current generation," The previous individual said.

"You could be right," The other person replied with a nod.

As a commotion had started, the man seated before the crater smirked as he muttered to himself, "So many weaklings, none of them are capable enough to venture with me to the south. Maybe I am wasting my time here to find a good partner."

As he said this, the man had a bored look in his eyes, but as he recalled a specific red-haired individual from a particular event. His eyes grew brutal, as he shouted, "You little bastard, just you wait!"

The crowd was startled as they thought he must have been referring to the defeated young man from before, but it was at this time a new individual, or rather, a group of individuals had arrived.

They made their way through the crowd, arriving at the desk where the golden-haired man sat. As the man saw this, his eyes flashed in surprise as he sized up the party before him.

It was a handsome white-silvery haired youth, garbed in a simple robe with a scarf around his neck, his nose and mouth were covered by white wrappings, leaving only the silvery-white eyes and the upper parts of his face visible.

By his side was a bunny-eared beauty, with brown hair and rounded eyes. She wore a simple robe, with a tight-fitting armor hidden underneath its covering. Her slender arms were wrapped around the arms of the young man.
