His words kept repeating in my mind. I clumsily rolled on my bed with my heavy heart. Nothing happened after I confessed except the hug. The ride home was quiet and a little uncomfortable cuz you know. He kept giving me stares and smirks all the time while I kept my head low or on the the other side.
But his words still lingered in my mind. "Tomorrow's gonna be a good day for us." What did he mean by that? Why am I always so confused? Like why? Give me some brain as well. I wanted to text him. I wanted to talk with him so bad. Like save me please. Mentally groaning I pulled out my hair hard making myself whine. Why am I like this? And my phone rang revealing Jungwon's id. I slowly took it and put it by my ear.
"Did you do it?" I heard Sunghoon say from the other side. Great they both were together. I sighed thinking of how I could probably get away from the embarrassment. "Yea I did.." I was out of energy at this point. Too much anxiety. "Why do you sound so dead? I'm pretty sure he didn't reject you? He's smiling and daydreaming like crazy."
"Jungwon it's night so nightdreaming." Sunghoon and Jungwon argued from the other side as my face lightened up with a sweet smile. Just the thought of Jay smiling after I confessed to him was enough to make my heart flutter. "Anyways tell us more. What happened?" Ahh such curious humans. If only I could yeet them. Instead I bit my lip as the thought of Jay hugging me crossed my mind. I cuddled up into a small ball and started revealing everything that happened.
"OH MY GOSH SIS I'M SO SURE HE'S WHIPPED FOR YOU!" Jungwon shouted from other line as I removed the phone from my ears. "Shhh quietly he might hear us." A warning from Sunghoon as I chuckled. And then I saw a notification. It was from Jay. Never did my reflex action work so fast. "Ok bye." "Bu-" I cut the call without letting them finish and saw his text.
Jay : I see Sunghoon and Jungwon knows?
Me : How did you-
Jay : They were literally shouting from the other room.
