It was the day of Ajay's birthday, Nishant being there had called everyone from the office and arranged a surprise party for Ajay in the office's terrace, Nishant didn't engage Geet in the preparations as he wanted this to be a surprise for her also. Ajay doesn't celebrate his birthday much, it's just with his family that he celebrates, this time Nishant wanted to make it special for him so he organises this surprise party. Geet was working in her cabin when Vidisha comes to call her "Come on Geet let's go", Geet looks at her confused "Where?", Vidisha looks at her "It's Ajay Sir's birthday... Nishant has organised a surprise party for him in the terrace let's go... come on" Geet looks at her surprised "It's his birthday?" Vidisha "Yes now let's go", Geet smiles while Vidisha takes her to the terrace. On reaching the terrace, she sees the decorations and the flashes of her birthday comes in front of her, she starts sweating, no Geet no nothing will happen...calm down...deep breaths, she takes deep breaths trying to calm her nerves and her mind. Krishna was worried knowing what might happen if Geet attends the party, he was desperately searching for her, soon he spots her standing all by herself, he rushes to her "Geet are you okay papa (child)?", She knew if he saw her sweating even one bit or her taking deep breaths, he will take her away from there, she wanted to see Ajay, she wanted to wish him, so she wipes her sweat and controls her breathing "I'm fine Nanna...don't worry...see I'm not sweating...not breathing irregular...I'm good" Krishna was still worried "Okay but I'm staying by your side" Geet "No Nanna I'll be fine...you go be with your friends...I will be with... ummm see Vish and Vidi are there I'll go be with them". After a lot of convincing he agrees with her, she goes to Vish and starts talking with her to distract herself, but the memories keep coming back and she keeps trying to push them to the back of her head.

Ajay was working when Nishant barges into his cabin, Ajay knew it can only be him who will barge in like that "What the hell Nishu", Nishant smirks looking at him "Enough of your work now come with me...today either you tell me who is your love or I announce to the whole office that my brother is in love" Ajay rolls his eyes at him "Shut up...and you won't do anything as such...and I'm not in love...I'm done with love" Nishant shakes his head and shuts Ajay's laptop and drags him to the terrace "Whatever now come with me". Ajay keeps protesting the whole time "Nishu what is this", just as he opens the door to the terrace everyone shouts 'Happy Birthday', he was surprised to see the arrangement, he thanks everyone. Nishant and Vish bring him the cake, he smiles and cuts the cake, everyone come to wish him but his eyes keep searching for Geet but she was nowhere to be seen, why am I searching for her...obviously she didn't come and she won't come...she would have known right with all these arrangements done by everyone... ofcourse she would have known yet she couldn't wish me even once...stop thinking about her Ajay. Nishant takes Ajay aside to talk to him, Ajay smiles "Thank you Nishu for this" Nishant "You are going to be thanking me a lot more" Ajay rolls his eyes "Yeah right" Nishant smirks "Trust me you are going to...well your surprise is still pending", Vish goes near them "What are you both talking leaving me" Nishant winks "Secret Vadina... secret see that's why we didn't call you" Vish rolls her eyes.

Geet was smiling seeing Ajay, but as soon as she saw the cake, all the memories come rushing back to her mind, no matter how hard she tries pushing it to the back of her mind, it keeps flashing in front of her, she starts sweating profusely, she runs down thinking if she avoids the place she will be fine, but her head starts spinning and her heart starts racing, she was not able to move forward, she enters into the nearest room she could find and it was Ajay's cabin. Her hands were trembling, she tries reaching for the water bottle but it slips from her hand, everything was blacking out for her, she tries picking up the bottle but before that everything blacks out and she falls unconscious.
