"I'm so excited for those Burgeritos." Natlee said with a smile on her face.

"Yeah, me too." Y/n replied.

Y/n, Natlee, Dawn and Mae were standing in line for Captain Felde's, to try the new "Burgerito". A line that was so long, it was even inside Get Sporty.

"Dawn, what are you guys doing?" Anne asked, as she walked over to the girls.

"We're in line for Captain Felde's café down the street." Dawn replied. Tom gasped.

"You're cheating on our café?"

"Do your brothers know?" Anne asked.

"Oh, we know." The Icky's replied in unison, peaking out of the line. Tom and Anne gasped again.

"All of you?" Tom said, walking over to the boys. He noticed their other friends in the line too. "And all your friends? After all the free smoothies I gave you kids."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. You give them free smoothies?" Anne asked her husband. She didn't know about that.

"I just want them to like me, Anne."

"Sorry, Mom and Dad, but everybody's been going to Captain Felde's café ever since Gourmet Guy gave him a rave review on his food blog." Dawn explained.

"His rating scale goes from a "meh" to four "oh, my's"." Dicky added.

"And he just gave Captain Felde's 3 1/2 "oh, my's"." Ricky said and showed it on his phone to his parents.

"How did they get 3 1/2 "oh, my's"?" Tom asked as he looked at Ricky's phone.

"Their new signature dish: the Burgerito. A burger in a burrito on a bun." Y/n explained.

"Wow, how did they come up with that?" Tom asked.

"They did customer research." Ricky replied.

"How do you know?" Anne asked her son.

"'Cause we're the customers they researched."

"I mean, no wonder our only customer is an old lady stealing sugar packets." Anne complained.

They all turned to the café, and watched Judy try to take back the sugar packets from the old lady. Dawn turned back to her parents.

"Maybe the café just needs some new ideas."

"Yeah, you could always check the suggestion box." Ricky added.

"Hey, good thinking. I forgot about this thing. It must be 12 years old." Tom said, and walked over to the counter to get it. He blew off the thick layer of dust on the top, and opened the box. "Ah, here's a suggestion. "Maybe there shouldn't be four crying babies in the store. They should be home with their mother."" Tom scoffed and looked at Anne, "What kind of customer writes that?"

Anne chuckled and clapped her hands, "Okay, no need to read any more. They are clearly all old."

She closed the box and put it in the trash.

"Well, you know, we could help you guys and do our own customer research." Ricky suggested.

"Yeah, we'll ask some of our friends about our café." Dawn added.

"Wait, but after Burgeritos, right?" Dicky asked.

"Oh yeah." Nicky replied.

"Totally." Ricky said.

"Of course." Dawn added.

"Duh." Y/n said.

Dicky smiled and gave his friends a thumbs up.
