𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒓𝒅 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏

As soon as the tall blue-haired male walked into the room Kira felt her heart drop. Even from her spot in the living room, she could clearly see the bruise that was on his cheek and the busted swollen lip he was suiting.
Worry and anger filled the girl's veins as she rounded the couch right toward Yunho.
"Where have you been? It's almost four in the morning!" Kira couldn't help but exclaim, her eyes racking his body as she got closer.
That's when she noticed the deep purple bruise that peeked out of the collar of his shirt and how his left eye was starting to swell.
However, Yunho didn't say a word to the girl nor did he even bat an eye in her direction. Completely ignoring her, he started for the stairs, hoping to escape to his room. Kira was not having it though.
She had been worried about him all day and night, there was no way in hell that she was going to just let him walk away. Reaching out she grabbed his arm tugging on his limb.
"Why won't you just leave me the hell alone?!"
Yunho really hadn't meant to explode on the girl, but his anger and guilt got the best of him. Kira on the other hand hadn't expected him to shout at her either.
"Why won't I leave you alone?" She scoffed as he tugged his arm out of her grasp, "I don't know maybe for the fact that you up and disappeared for a whole entire FUCKING DAY?!"
Yunho was caught off guard when the purple-haired girl snapped back, but he was quick to become blinded by the rage he was feeling.
"SO FUCKING WHAT?! I WAS GONE FOR A DAY!"
Kira felt her eyebrow twitch as she glared at the taller male that stood before her, her hands balled into fists.
"Yeah a day, without a single word."
"You're not my mom, you don't have to know my every goddamn move."
Annoyance was the only thing the purple-haired girl felt at the given moment. How was he not seeing what she was getting at? Was he just playing stupid?
"You know I wouldn't even be so worried about it if it wasn't for the fact that you blocked everyone, left the group chat, and came home with BRUISES!" Kira was seething at this point.
Yunho's eyes slanted as he glared at the shorter female, why was she so worried about what he was doing? Did she think that he was going against her? Was she worried that he ran his mouth to someone? Or maybe it was all just a front?
"I had my reasons, I still have my reasons."
Kira bit her tongue as she watched Yunho's body language, there was something that he wasn't telling her.
"Whatever those reasons are you could have-"
"WOULD YOU JUST GET THE FUCK OFF OF MY BACK! MY GOD!"
Yunho shouted, causing the purple-haired girl to jump and stare at him in astonishment. As much as she tried to will herself to not cry, the tears pooled in her eyes. Was she in the wrong for wanting to know where he was at?
Her bottom lip quivered as she looked away from the taller male, nodding her head. Her hands which were once balled into fists relaxed at her sides.
If he really wanted her to back off then she would. She didn't see the point in pointlessly hurting herself or Yunho trying to pry whatever information out of him. Yunho on the other hand knew that he may have taken it too far.
"Kira..." His voice was barely audible, guilt pooled in his gut.
"You could have at least told us you were busy."
Tears dripped from her eyes as she looked back up at Yunho, but she was quick to wipe them away in frustration. Her hands were shaking as she ran her fingers through her messy hair. Kira then walked up to the taller male and grabbed his face softly in her hands causing him to flinch slightly.
"You don't have to tell me what happened, but please tell me that nothing serious is wrong." Her eyes searched Yunho's face as he looked at the ground, the guilt keeping him from meeting her eyes.
"It's just a few cuts and bruises, you don't have to worry about it."
Kira couldn't help but scoff, which caught his attention. Looking up Yunho felt his heart swell at the sight of tears running down her red cheeks.
"I'm your friend Yunho, of course, I'm gonna worry."
"But-"

However, the male was cut off by the shrill sound of a phone ringing. Kira was quick to pull away from Yunho, fishing her phone out of her pocket. Yunho's eyebrows scrunched together in confusion as he took in the panicked look on Kira's face.
The purple-haired girl didn't even bother checking the contact name before answering it. Her worry led her to believe that it was Wooyoung.
"Hello?!"
Kira's eyes trailed back up to meet Yunho's, not missing the confusion that swarmed his soft brown eyes.
"Kira..."
The girl felt her heart drop when she heard Wooyoung's mother on the other side of the line. Kira knew that the older woman would never be up this late... unless something was wrong.
"Ms. Jung, is something wrong?"
Yunho caught the name which only caused him to fall further into the pit of confusion. Who was it? Wooyoung's mom? Grandmother? Sister? Cousin?
Sensing the confusion Kira was quick to pull the device away from her ear before putting it on speaker.
"It's Wooyoung, Kira." There was something in the woman's voice that left a bad feeling in Kira's gut, "he's in the hospital, he's hurt really bad."
It was then that Kira felt her whole world topple over. Yunho had to be quick to catch both the girl and the phone from dropping to the ground despite the pain he felt.
'No... not Wooyoung... this has to be some kind of sick joke...'
