i walk out of emily's house, zipping up my jeans. i look up at the night sky, taking out my phone. i should want to talk to emily. i should still be at hers, in her bed. but i always do it at the other person's house so i can leave after. everyone knew that. i didn't really want to stay overnight with the people i had sex with.

i get into my car, texting olivia.

'hey are you free tomorrow after school?'

she responds a few seconds later i start my car up.
