"what brings you here?" The man smirked disgustingly making her insides quiver with anxiety and pain.

"I've come to see my mom" she said walking past him in the house with her fake facade of bravery. She knew he could see through it but what's the point in doing otherwise.

"Or have your husband not done it like me?" He mocked making her eyes burn with anger and tears, she felt him come closer and stand behind her.

"With what little you have to offer you can't even satisfy a fly let alone a human being" she found tht words tumbling out of her mouth. His smirk fell and his hands reached upto to grab her neck - her hands clenched and eyes shut tightly, waiting - but Safa made her appearance resulting him to stop and leave under his daughter's hard gaze.

"Wafa" Safa cheered embracing her breathless sister wanting to give her at least some comfort.

"Aapi" wafa breathed hugging her tightly. Her bag falling on the floor.

"How are you? How's everything?" Safa asked dragging her to sit on the couch in tht living room.

"Nothing right aapi. Sabra apa. He... He killed Sabra apa aapi" she hiccuped making Safa look at her confused.

"Who?" Safa asked confused.

"The... The shadow aapi. I told you he's after me. He's not gone aapi" she cried making Safa pull away from her stoically.

"Wafa. Are you hallucinating again?" Safa asked making wafa cry further more.

"I'm not making this up aapi" she cried making Safa sigh and rub her temples.

"Then what is this Wafa? You were okay the whole while you were in hostel and during your therapy sessions. Why is it that you always start doing this when you're in city?" Safa asked making wafa wipe her tears and sit up straight at the lack of affection in her tone.

"I may be making this up. I maybe mentally unstable but Buraak? He saw it with his own eyes. He's witnessed it. How can he hallucinate something as such." She semi-yelled making Safa stiff.

"Buraak? What does he have to do with this?" Safa yelled. She was already trouble by the things she had located far in the garden of their house and now wafa telling her this was only making it hard for her to accept reality.

With a thudding heart she had gotten a hold of the shirt tied and shredded, black threads tied it together in a ball. She undid it and had found Wafa's belongings in there, along with  hair, nails. The shirt was bloodied but with who's blood. Taking a deep breath she had taken the pocket to the backyard and burned it in hopes of undoing whatever it was. Only if she had known how much she had released and how much danger she had called upon them.

"I'm telling you there is something going on aapi and I also know it has something to do with your father" wafa accused making Safa shake her head in a state of uncertainty.

"I can't. What's going on?" Safa gasped standing up from her place. Her head was spinning and breath clogging her throat.

"Aapi? Aapi are you okay? Safa aapi. Ammi" wafa yelled seeing Safa grow blue, her hands clawing at her throat as if to prey away a chocking grip. Wags hurriedly called an ambulance but it was taking too long.

"Safa?" She heard the sound of Haleel sahab running to them.

"What have you done?" He yelled holding his daughter in his arms. Panic registered in his gaze as a deformed face came infront of his eyes.

"No" a broken whisper left his lips, loud, high-pitched laughter made the crystal vases shatter in the house. The base of the house starting shaking, a quake that only rocked their house.
