The battle was ready to begin in Polis. Everyone had gathered around. Leoni had spotted Lexa standing front row beside Clarke and Octavia. Leoni and Roan paced around the fight circle carefully before the Prince made a run at the blonde. He goes to stab her through the gut but Leoni ducks in the nick of time kicking him from under his feet. Leoni goes to strike him with a battle cry but Roan quickly jumps up clashing her blade with his own. They spar for a while knocking eachother down cutting each others arms and face until Leoni saw an opening. She sliced across his chest making him stumble back in agony. Leoni kicked him forward making him fall. She dropped down to kneel on the man's chest making him unable to move.
"End it" Roan growled
"If you die! You did a coward not a Prince!" Nia calls making Leoni hold her blade to Roan's chest. She's about to go for the killing strike. When she catches Clarke's eye. The sky girl glances towards the smug Nia and Leoni instantly understands. Without even having to look she throws her blade through the air piercing Nia straight through the heart. A collective gasp goes through the crowd
"DING DONG THE WITCH IS DEAD!" Leoni calls out sarcastically "LONG LIVE KING ROAN OF AZGEDA" she stands up offering her hand to Roan. He smirks at her proudly. She nods at the man before walking out of the ring and towards the building, Lexa, Clarke and Octavia hurrying behind her. They all made their way to Leoni's room where she greeted Via
"What the-" Lexa started
"I've been thinking the exact same thing" Octavia assured
"Via here came to warn me you were planning on fighting Roan. Pike tried to kill her hence the gunshot in my arm" Leoni explained briefly before sitting on the edge of her bed hugging Via on her lap.
"Let me look at it" Clarke said going into the wound with a whole bunch of serums and bandaged
"Thank you" the warrior smiled gently letting Clarke take care of the rest of her scratches and gashes
"Thank you Leo" Lexa muttered quietly and Leoni just nodded not wanting to cause a scene
"That was one hell of a fight" Octavia laughed
"Real plot twist ay" Leoni smirked and all the girls laughed lightly
"Your a fighter Leoni and Bellamy's a lucky guy" Clarke giggled
"Can we get something to eat?" Via asked with a hopeful smile
"Sure baby, as long as that's ok with the doctor?" Leoni asked Clarke and the girl blushed at the recognition
"Yeah just take it easy" Clarke nodded
"Cool...I'll pay" Leoni grinned standing up and gripping Via's hand
"You never pay" Lexa scoffed
"With my fame...obviously" Leoni shrugged sarcastically and everyone laughed lightly. Happiness. A feeling Lexa was learning to enjoy.
