"There we go baby" Leoni cooed her daughter as she sucked on the bottle, wide, innocent eyes looking up at the blonde the whole time "I'm not really sure how to do this I'm not gonna lie" Leoni laughed gently as she paced the cell back and forth. Mina had a friend on security who had managed to blind the camera in her cell so for now the commander was living quite comfortably. She was dressed in grey joggers and a white cropped tank top with her hair pulled back into a messy bun. Her bed was comfortable and clean, a cot sat in the corner of the room although baby Lexa was hardly in it. A lullaby decoration hung above the cot. There were lots of books on a new bedside table and finally Leoni had her own wardrobe thanks to Mina and her kind contribution to the girl's closet "How bout I tell you a story hmm? Does that sound good?" Leoni asked her tiny baby "Or we don't have to. We can just be" the blonde sighed and just watched this little bundle of perfection
6 months of parenthood
"-you are my sunshine my only sunshine you make me happy when skys are grey-" Leoni sang to her beautiful baby girl who was dressed in a pink baby grow, rocking her gently as she did so. the baby had brown hair and Bellamy's glowing brown eyes
"Leoni!" Mina came hurling into the cell
"there's Dr Mina say hi Lexie" Leoni made her daughter wave at the doctor making the baby giggle
"my heart that's so- no! i can't get distracted! someone realised i stopped your cell camera! my friend was taken off duty, I have some people coming round to turn your cell back to normal and you need to give me Lexa before someone sees!" Mina told her urgently
"what? no i'm not just giving you my baby!" Leoni scoffed, standing up and holding Lexa to her protectively
"i will keep her safe and hidden, once you're free come and find me i'm room 5007 it's on the 5th floor. i'll keep her safe until you can come and get her" Mina promised. Leoni looked torn between the doctor and her child
"you'll keep her safe" Leoni checked
"with my life" Mina promised. with a broken sigh Leoni slipped off her locket and hung it round Lexa's neck and placed a light kiss to her delicate forehead
"Ai hod yu in fyucha" she whispered then handed Lexa over to Mina "here take this" Leoni pulled out her drawing of Lexa and herself and handed it to the doctor "don't let her forget me" Leoni begged, she didn't know when she would get a chance to escape
"i won't" Mina promised before hugging the commander, taking the picture and leaving hurriedly.
11 months of parenthood
