Chase was setting up some traffic cones out in the desert for Marshall to use as a race course. Tuck and Ella were taking a break from all the high speed excitement and were back at the Lookout. "Okay, Marshall. Ready to get started?" The Whoosh asked.

"I think I am, Coach Whoosh, sir!" Marshall enthusiastically answered.

"All right. Then let's start by practicing in a vehicle that you're more comfortable in." The Whoosh suggested.

"Like my fire truck!" Marshall realized, running over to his trusty red engine and climbing behind the wheel.

"Exactly! That's the spirit! Hop in and get driving, little buddy!" The Whoosh exclaimed.

Marshall nodded his head as he put it into drive. "Now, take it nice and slow, and drive it around those cones. When you feel confident, you can start going faster." The Whoosh instructed.

"How much faster are we talking?" Marshall wondered, a little nervous.

"As fast as you can when you feel up to it! You've driven at rapid speeds before when the situation called for it." Ben reminded his pup.

Narrowing his eyes and adjusting his helmet, Marshall took off, and managed to stay inside the cones, drifting his fire truck between the sets of orange traffic pieces. Grinning, he started to speed up. "I'm doing it, I'm doing it!" Marshall yelled out as he continued to go through the cones, narrowly avoiding hitting one, but he managed to get through the track without hitting a single cone.

Little did they know, they were being watched. Harold was spying on them with some high magnification binoculars. "That mutt is learning from the Whoosh himself... I'd better tell Mom about this." Harold mused.

He called his mom, knowing she would be bored if he showed her the footage he was capturing. His mother picked up the phone quickly. "Hi, Harold honey! What's up?" Carly asked.

"Mom, Marshall's being taught how to race by the Whoosh... and I don't know how to make a completely new ride for you that's just as good as your current one." Harold told her.

"Lucky for you, I figured out a loophole. That challenging cat didn't say that I couldn't upgrade my current ride! If we add enough new parts, and change the paint job, it'll look completely different from this, and he won't be able to tell!" The Cheetah snickered.

"Then we'd better get to work! I think I know just who can... donate some parts for our cause!" Harold cackled evilly.

A little while later, Ben got a call on his Pup Pad. "Everest?! What's going on!?" Ben asked.

"It's not good, Ben! Me and Jake were helping Riff Rockenblock practice for the race, but these snowballs are chasing us down the cliff! I left my snowcat behind at the cabin, we need some help or else we might end up getting flattened!" Everest worriedly cried out.

"We're on it, Everest!" Ben promised.

"Oh no! Our friends are in trouble!" Rubble whimpered.

"How are we going to get there in time!? The Race Patroller is fast, but I don't think it's fast enough to do that!" Rocky pointed out.

"Everyone, get to your vehicles. It's time to use the upgrade that Ben and I installed! Yell out 'SHIFT INTO TURBO' and turn the dial that has the symbol of a wheel on it, pups!" Ryder instructed.

All of the pups (except for Marshall, who was already in his fire truck) quickly jumped into their pupmobiles and turned the dial up to max. "SHIFT INTO TURBO!" Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Rocky, Zuma, and Skye exclaimed.
